المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات التجارية لمشاريع النقل بما يتوافق مع أهداف المنظمة وأطر الحوكمة
- إدارة أنشطة إدارة العقود بما في ذلك التفاوض والتنفيذ وإدارة التغيير والمطالبات وعمليات الإغلاق
- الإشراف على أنشطة المشتريات وضمان التنافسية وتحقيق القيمة مقابل المال والامتثال للسياسات واللوائح ذات الصلة
- إدارة عمليات التكاليف والميزانيات لدعم تسليم المشاريع ضمن المعايير المالية المعتمدة
- التعاون مع فرق تسليم المشاريع والشؤون المالية والقانونية والمخاطر للتخفيف من المخاطر التجارية وحل المشكلات بسرعة
- تطوير وصيانة الأطر والسياسات والإجراءات والقوالب التجارية المصممة لمشاريع النقل

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الإدارة التجارية أو إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو إدارة النقل أو مجال ذي صلة

The Senior Director - Commercial for Transport DMO at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for leading the commercial management and strategic procurement functions within the Transport DMO. This role ensures effective commercial oversight, contract administration, and procurement strategies that align with the organization's objectives to deliver transport infrastructure projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies related to transport projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance frameworks
- Manage contract administration activities, including negotiation, execution, change management, claims, and close-out processes
- Oversee procurement activities, ensuring competitive sourcing, value for money, and compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations
- Drive cost management and budgeting processes to support project delivery within approved financial parameters
- Collaborate with project delivery, finance, legal, and risk teams to mitigate commercial risks and resolve issues promptly

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Transport Management, or related field
- Postgraduate qualifications (Masters or MBA) preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles within transport infrastructure or related sectors
- Strong expertise in contract administration, procurement strategy, and commercial risk management
- Proven track record managing complex transport projects, preferably within large infrastructure or governmental organizations
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within stringent governance and compliance frameworks
- Ability to drive cost control and value optimization strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen
