تسعى شركة القدية للاستثمار إلى تعيين Senior Specialist - Data Protection Officer في الرياض، للقيادة في حماية البيانات الشخصية وضمان الامتثال للوائح حماية البيانات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وسياسات حماية البيانات بما يتوافق مع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها
- مراقبة الامتثال لسياسات حماية البيانات وإجراء التدقيق لضمان الالتزام بها في جميع أنحاء المؤسسة
- تقديم المشورة والتوجيه للإدارة والموظفين بشأن التزامات حماية البيانات وأفضل الممارسات
- إجراء تقييمات أثر حماية البيانات (DPIAs) حسب الحاجة للمشاريع والمبادرات الجديدة
- العمل كنقطة اتصال للأشخاص المعنيين بالبيانات والجهات التنظيمية بخصوص استفسارات وشكاوى حماية البيانات
- تنفيذ برامج تدريب وتوعية للموظفين حول معايير وممارسات حماية البيانات
- التعاون مع فرق تقنية المعلومات والأمن لدعم تطوير وتنفيذ التدابير الأمنية التقنية والتنظيمية لحماية البيانات
- الحفاظ على سجلات أنشطة معالجة البيانات وضمان احترام حقوق الأشخاص المعنيين بالبيانات
- مواكبة التغييرات في قوانين ولوائح حماية البيانات وتقديم توصيات لتعديل السياسات عند الحاجة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في القانون أو تقنية المعلومات أو حماية البيانات أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في حماية البيانات أو الامتثال للخصوصية أو أدوار مشابهة
- معرفة متعمقة بلوائح حماية البيانات (مثل GDPR وقوانين الخصوصية المحلية) وأفضل الممارسات
- خبرة في إجراء تقييمات أثر حماية البيانات والتدقيق
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة للتفاعل مع مختلف الجهات المعنية

Your expertise will be essential in promoting a culture of data privacy and protection across the organization, collaborating with various departments to mitigate risk and protect personal information.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data protection strategies and policies that comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations
- Monitor compliance with data protection policies and conduct audits to ensure adherence across the organization
- Provide advice and guidance to management and staff on data protection obligations and best practices
- Conduct data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) as necessary for new projects and initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for data subjects and regulatory bodies regarding data protection inquiries and complaints
- Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on data protection standards and practices
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to support the development and implementation of technical and organizational security measures for data protection
- Maintain records of data processing activities and ensure data subject rights are upheld
- Stay abreast of changes in data protection laws and regulations, making recommendations for necessary policy adjustments
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, Data Protection, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data protection, privacy compliance, or related roles
- In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, local data privacy laws) and best practices
- Experience conducting data protection impact assessments and audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
- Certifications such as Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or similar are preferred
