تعلن شركة القدية (Qiddiya Investment Company) عن توفر وظيفة Senior Specialist - IT Strategy and Planning في مدينة الرياض، حيث ستعمل على دعم تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وخطط تقنية المعلومات التي تتماشى مع رؤية الشركة وأهدافها التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في تطوير وتوثيق الخطط الاستراتيجية لتقنية المعلومات، والخرائط الزمنية، والمبادرات.
- التعاون مع مختلف وحدات تقنية المعلومات ووحدات الأعمال لجمع المتطلبات ومواءمة استراتيجيات تقنية المعلومات مع احتياجات العمل.
- إجراء البحث والتحليل حول التقنيات الناشئة والاتجاهات في المجال لدعم اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة.
- مراقبة وتقارير التقدم في المشاريع والمبادرات الاستراتيجية لتقنية المعلومات.
- دعم أنشطة قياس الأداء من خلال تحديد وتتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) المتعلقة باستراتيجية تقنية المعلومات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، أو علوم الحاسب، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال استراتيجية تقنية المعلومات أو التخطيط أو أدوار ذات صلة.
- مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.
- معرفة جيدة بحوكمة تقنية المعلومات، والهندسة المعمارية، والتقنيات الناشئة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئة ديناميكية وسريعة الوتيرة.
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع أو شهادات مهنية ذات صلة (ميزة إضافية).

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a diligent and strategic individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist - IT Strategy and Planning. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of IT strategies and plans that align with the company's vision and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and documentation of IT strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiatives
- Collaborate with various IT and business units to gather requirements and align IT strategies with business needs
- Conduct research and analysis of emerging technologies and industry trends to support informed decision-making
- Monitor and report on the progress of IT strategic projects and initiatives
- Support performance measurement activities by defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT strategy
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on IT strategy and planning matters
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams
- Support risk assessment and mitigation activities related to IT strategy implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of IT governance, architecture, and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with project management or relevant certifications is a plus
