المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحضير وتقديم الكوكتيلات والنبيذ والجعة والمشروبات الخاصة وفق الوصفات والمعايير الدقيقة.
- ضمان الاتساق في الجودة والتقديم وتوقيت الخدمة لجميع المشروبات.
- تطوير كوكتيلات مميزة وتقديم توصيات مخصصة بناءً على تفضيلات الضيوف.
- تقديم خدمة دافئة وجذابة وغنية بالمعرفة طوال تفاعلك مع الضيوف.
- تجهيز وإغلاق البار بكفاءة في بداية ونهاية كل نوبة عمل.
- تحضير الزينة والعصائر والشراب والثلج مسبقاً لضمان سير الخدمة بسلاسة.
- الحفاظ على النظافة والتنظيم والامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة.
- تلميع وترتيب الأواني الزجاجية لضمان تقديم خالٍ من العيوب.
- فحص وصيانة أدوات ومعدات البار لضمان عملها بشكل سليم.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون من المشروبات والإمدادات وضمان إعادة التخزين في الوقت المناسب.
- دعم إحصاء المخزون في نهاية النوبة والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للاستخدام.
- التفاعل مع الضيوف بمعرفة قوية بالمنتجات وتقديم توصيات مدروسة والترويج للخيارات الفاخرة.
- مراقبة احتياجات الضيوف والاستجابة بشكل استباقي للحفاظ على تدفق الخدمة.
- التعامل مع ملاحظات الضيوف أو استفساراتهم بشكل احترافي ورفعها عند الحاجة.
- التعاون بفعالية مع فريق البار والنُدُل والإدارة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- مساعدة أعضاء الفريق في إعادة التخزين والحفاظ على مناطق الخدمة خلال فترات الذروة.
- دعم تدريب الأعضاء الجدد على إجراءات ومعايير البار.
- معالجة المدفوعات بدقة باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع والامتثال للوائح تقديم الكحول ذات الصلة.
- اتباع بروتوكولات السلامة بما في ذلك التعامل مع الانسكابات والأواني الزجاجية وإجراءات الطوارئ.
- الحفاظ على معرفة شاملة بالقوائم والعروض الموسمية والمقترنات الغذائية.
- المساهمة بأفكار لابتكار الكوكتيلات وتطوير القوائم الموسمية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة كـBartender في بيئة ضيافة عالية الحجم أو فاخرة.
- معرفة قوية بالكوكتيلات الكلاسيكية وتقنيات الميكسولوجي والنبيذ والجعة والمشروبات الروحية.
- فهم عمليات البار ومراقبة المخزون وإجراءات الخدمة.
- الإلمام بأنظمة نقاط البيع ومعالجة النقد.
- شهادة في سلامة الغذاء والنظافة وتقديم الكحول المسؤول (حسب اللوائح المحلية).
- تدريب في الضيافة أو الميكسولوجي ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على تحمل مجهود بدني متنوع أثناء العمل في مناطق مختلفة.
- القدرة على التحرك بأمان على أرض غير مستوية أو في مساحات ضيقة.
- البقاء نشطاً والتحرك باستمرار أو الجلوس لفترات طويلة أثناء العمل على الحاسوب حسب متطلبات النوبة.
- قدرة متوسطة: بذل قوة تصل إلى 20 كجم أحياناً و10 كجم بشكل متكرر وحتى 5 كجم بشكل دائم، وقد يتطلب رفع أو نقل أشياء يصل وزنها إلى 15 كجم أحياناً.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Bartender prepares and serves cocktails, wines, and premium spirits while delivering a refined and engaging guest experience. The role requires strong mixology skills, product knowledge, and the ability to create personalized, memorable interactions.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty beverages according to exact recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and service timing across all drinks.
- Develop signature cocktails and provide tailored beverage recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Deliver warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service throughout guest interactions.
- Set up and close the bar efficiently at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Prepare garnishes, juices, syrups, and ice in advance to support smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Polish and rotate glassware to ensure flawless presentation.
- Inspect and maintain bar tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
- Support end-of-shift stock counts and maintain accurate usage records.
- Engage guests with strong product knowledge, offering informed recommendations and upselling premium options.
- Observe guest needs and respond proactively to maintain service flow.
- Handle guest feedback or concerns professionally and escalate when required.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, wines, beers, and spirits.
- Understanding of bar operations, stock control, and service procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling processes.
- Certification in food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service (as required by local regulations).
- Training in hospitality or mixology is an advantage.
