فرصة عمل لدى FAENA في المملكة العربية السعودية لوظيفة نادل/نادلة (للسعوديين فقط)؛ للانضمام إلى فريق الضيافة في منتجع FAENA البحر الأحمر الفاخر، وتقديم تجربة طعام راقية للضيوف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمة طاولات منتبهة واحترافية وشخصية لجميع الضيوف.
- استقبال الضيوف بحرارة، وتقديم القوائم، وشرح الأطباق والعروض الخاصة والمشروبات عند الحاجة.
- تدوين طلبات الطعام والشراب بدقة وإيصالها بوضوح إلى فريق المطبخ والبار.
- تقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات بسرعة وفقاً لمعايير الخدمة والتقديم المعتمدة.
- تجهيز الطاولات بشكل صحيح والحفاظ على نظافتها وترتيبها طوال فترة الخدمة.
- توقع احتياجات الضيوف والاستجابة السريعة للطلبات أو المتطلبات الخاصة.
- الإلمام التام بقائمة الطعام والمكونات وطرق التحضير.
- التعامل مع استفسارات وملاحظات الضيوف بمهنية لضمان تجربة إيجابية.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق المطبخ والبار والمشرفين لضمان سير الخدمة بسلاسة.
- التعامل السليم مع أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) لإدخال الطلبات وضمان دقة الفوترة.
- دعم بيع الأصناف الإضافية والمشروبات والعروض الترويجية الخاصة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة مناطق تناول الطعام ومحطات الخدمة والمعدات.
- اتباع جميع لوائح سلامة الغذاء والنظافة والصحة في جميع الأوقات.
- المساعدة في تجهيز وإغلاق أقسام المطعم قبل وبعد الخدمة.
- إبلاغ المشرفين فوراً بأي شكاوى من الضيوف أو مشكلات الخدمة أو تشغيلية.
- العمل ضمن فريق لضمان خدمة فعالة وعالية الجودة.
- الالتزام بمعايير المظهر والزي الرسمي الخاصة بـ FAENA.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية سعودية.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة؛ التدريب في مجال الضيافة أو الأطعمة والمشروبات يعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في خدمة المطاعم أو الفنادق أو المطاعم الفاخرة مفضلة.
- معرفة أساسية بمعايير خدمة الطعام والشراب وآدابها.
- الإلمام بأنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) يعتبر ميزة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ اللغات الإضافية ميزة.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, professional, and personalized table service to all guests.
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain dishes, specials, and beverages when required.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, following proper service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests or special requirements.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and F&B supervisory teams for smooth service flow.
- Ensure proper handling of POS systems for order entry and billing accuracy.
- Support upselling of menu items, beverages, and special promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Assist in setting up and closing down restaurant sections before and after service.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
