شركة FAENA، ضمن حركتها الفنية والثقافية، تعلن عن وظيفة Order Taker (مستلم طلبات) للسعوديين فقط، في المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل ضمن فريق الضيافة في منتجع FAENA The Red Sea.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال وتسجيل طلبات الطعام والشراب من النزلاء بدقة عبر الهاتف أو نظام الطلب الداخلي أو قنوات الخدمة.
- إدخال جميع الطلبات في النظام مع كامل تفاصيل النزيل وتفضيلاته.
- إبلاغ الطلبات بوضوح وكفاءة إلى فرق المطبخ والخدمة.
- تأكيد تفاصيل الطلب مع النزيل بما في ذلك الأصناف والتعديلات والحساسية والطلبات الخاصة.
- تقديم معلومات القائمة والتوصيات والتوضيحات للنزلاء عند الحاجة.
- مراقبة حالة الطلب وضمان التنسيق في الوقت المناسب للتحضير والتوصيل.
- متابعة طلبات النزلاء لضمان الدقة والرضا وحل أي مشكلات بسرعة.
- التنسيق مع المطبخ وخدمة الغرف وفرق الأطعمة والمشروبات لضمان تنفيذ الطلبات بسلاسة.
- التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى النزلاء بشكل مهني ورفعها عند الضرورة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للطلبات والرسوم والمعاملات.
- ضمان التطبيق الصحيح للتسعير والعروض ومعايير الخدمة.
- دعم بيع الأصناف الإضافية والعروض الترويجية عند المَناسب.
- الحفاظ على المعرفة بقائمة الطعام والمكونات وطرق التحضير ومسببات الحساسية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية سعودية (مطلوب).
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها - يُفضل الحصول على تدريب في مجال الضيافة.
- خبرة من 1-2 سنوات في خدمة العملاء أو مركز الاتصال أو الأطعمة والمشروبات أو عمليات الفنادق (مفضلة).
- معرفة أساسية بقوائم الطعام والشراب ومعايير الخدمة وعمليات معالجة الطلبات.
- الإلمام بأنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) أو أنظمة الطلب الفندقية (ميزة إضافية).
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوب) - اللغات الإضافية ميزة.
- القدرة على تحمل المجهود البدني: التحرك في تضاريس غير مستوية أو مساحات ضيقة، والجلوس لفترات مطولة أمام الحاسوب، ورفع أوزان تصل إلى 15 كجم أحياناً.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل شفهي واستماع ممتازة.
- اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل ودقة في إدخال الطلبات.
- عقلية موجهة نحو خدمة العملاء مع توجه خدمي قوي.
- القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة سريعة وذات ضغط عالٍ.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Order Taker is responsible for accurately receiving, processing, and coordinating guest food and beverage orders for FAENA. The role ensures seamless communication between guests and kitchen or service teams, delivering prompt, accurate, and high-quality service in line with the resort’s luxury hospitality standards.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately record guest food and beverage orders via phone, in-room dining system, or service channels.
- Ensure all orders are entered correctly into the ordering system with full guest details and preferences.
- Communicate orders clearly and efficiently to kitchen and service teams.
- Confirm order details with guests, including menu items, modifications, allergies, and special requests.
- Provide menu information, recommendations, and clarification to guests when required.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely preparation and delivery coordination.
- Follow up on guest requests to ensure accuracy, satisfaction, and prompt service resolution.
- Coordinate with kitchen, room service, and F&B teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, charges, and transactions.
- Ensure proper application of pricing, promotions, and service standards.
- Support upselling of menu items and promotions where appropriate.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality training is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, F&B, or hotel operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus, service standards, and order handling processes.
- Familiarity with POS or hotel ordering systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
