المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تخطيط وتنسيق ودمج ومزامنة أنشطة صيانة طائرات AH-64E لتحقيق أهداف الجاهزية التشغيلية المحددة.
- المسؤولية عن الامتثال لأنظمة وعمليات وإجراءات الصيانة والتقارير التي توفر وعياً فورياً بمعدلات جاهزية المنصة.
- وضع أهداف وأولويات تشغيلية يومية للصيانة لتحقيق معدلات الجاهزية المطلوبة وأهداف تدريب الحرس الوطني السعودي.
- الإشراف على إدارة الصيانة اليومية للطائرات الموكلة دعماً لمدير التحكم في الإنتاج.
- العمل ضمن عمليات ومعايير مراقبة جودة الصيانة.
- توجيه الاستفسارات والتحقيقات والتحليلات المتعلقة بصيانة طائرات AH-64E والأنشطة الداعمة لمدير التحكم في الإنتاج.
- تنسيق المتطلبات والأنشطة لدعم عمليات الصيانة مع مدير الطيران.
- التنسيق عبر الإدارة لأنشطة التدريب اليومية والأسبوعية على الصيانة.
- ضمان إجراء جميع عمليات الصيانة والأنشطة الداعمة لها بطريقة آمنة.
- دعم عمليات وإجراءات فريق استعادة الطائرات المتعطلة بالتنسيق مع مدير التحكم في الإنتاج.
- أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها مدير التحكم في الإنتاج.
- أداء المهام ضمن إرشادات واسعة مع حرية اختيار الأساليب.
- سلطة اختيار وتنفيذ الأهداف ضمن نطاق المهام والمسؤوليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الزمالة مطلوبة، ويفضّل درجة البكالوريوس.
- كشرط للتوظيف في المملكة العربية السعودية، يجب إكمال برنامج التحقق من المؤهلات التابع لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية بنجاح للحصول على تأشيرة وتصريح العمل.
- امتلاك رخصة قيادة أمريكية وجواز سفر أمريكي.
- القدرة على اجتياز متطلبات التأهيل للتوظيف والانتشار بما في ذلك الفحص الطبي وفحص المخدرات والتحقق من الخلفية.
- خبرة سابقة موثقة في صيانة طائرات AH-64E.
- شهادة FAA A&P (ميكانيكي طائرات ومرخص).
- شهادة FAA IA (مفتش طائرات).
- ثلاث (3) سنوات خبرة كميكانيكي طائرات على سلسلة AH-64 وخمس (5) سنوات خبرة إجمالية في صيانة الطيران.

Performs aircraft maintenance tasks on the AH-64E as required using the specific OEM Operators Manual, Maintenance Test Flight Manual, Check List Manual, and any other directives pertinent to the environment. Removes and installs aircraft systems and subsystem assemblies and components including engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components. Services and lubricates aircraft systems, subsystems, and components. Prepares aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks. Performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance actions. Uses common measuring tools, precision measuring gages and alignment fixtures. Performs aircraft and related components routine and special inspections. Performs maintenance operational checks. Diagnoses and troubleshoots aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment as required. Uses and performs operator maintenance on tools, special tools and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) Prepares aircraft maintenance forms and records. Conducts MNG OJT training as required. Ensures that all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.

Responsibilities
- Ensures that AH64-E Aircraft maintenance functional activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness objectives.
- Responsible for the compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform readiness rates.
- Establishes daily maintenance operational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated readiness rates and MNG training objectives as required.
- Oversees the daily maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Production Control (PC) Manager.
- Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
- Directs inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation maintenance of AH64- E Aircraft and supporting maintenance activities to the PC Manager.
- Coordinates activities and requirements for maintenance operations support with the Aviation Manager.
- Coordinates through management for daily and weekly maintenance training activities.
- Ensures all maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.
- In coordination with the PC Manager, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures.
- Other tasks as directed by the PC Manager.
- Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities with significant choice of methods.
- Retains the authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization.
- Must have U.S drivers license and Passport.
- Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, etc.
- Demonstrated past performance and experience in maintenance in the AH64 E aircraft
- FAA A&P certificate.
- FAA IA certificate.
- Three (3) years’ experiences as an aircraft mechanic on AH 64 series and five (5) year's total experience in aviation maintenance.
