تقدم شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط فرصة عمل لمهندس أول للطرق والمدنية (Senior Road & Civil Engineer) في مكة وجدة، السعودية، لتقديم القيادة الفنية والإشراف الميداني لأعمال إنشاء الطرق والبنية التحتية المدنية المرتبطة بمشاريع المرافق العامة، والعمل مع المقاولين والعملاء والفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان الامتثال للمواصفات ومعايير الجودة وجداول المشاريع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة أنشطة الإشراف على إنشاء الطرق والأرصفة وممرات المرافق وشبكات الصرف والأعمال المدنية المرتبطة بها.
  • مراقبة أداء المقاول وضمان الامتثال للرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات والمعايير والمتطلبات التعاقدية.
  • مراجعة وتقديم الملاحظات على بيانات الطرق ورسومات الورش ومواد التوريد وجداول البناء.
  • إجراء التفتيش الميداني والإشراف على اختبار وتشغيل وتسليم الأعمال المدنية والطرق.
  • تحديد المشكلات الفنية أثناء البناء وتقديم حلول هندسية فعّالة.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المرافق والإنشاءات والجيوتقنية والمسح وإدارة المشاريع لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
  • التحقق من كميات الأعمال المنجزة ومراجعة طلبات الدفع الخاصة بالمقاول.
  • ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفق إجراءات ضمان الجودة والجودة المعتمدة ومتطلبات المشروع.
  • مراقبة تطبيق معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة عبر أنشطة البناء.
  • إعداد التقارير الفنية وتقارير التفتيش وتقارير عدم المطابقة وسجلات تعليمات الموقع.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات المشروع وتقديم التوصيات الفنية لدعم أهداف المشروع.
  • دعم تسليم المشروع من خلال إدارة المخاطر الاستباقية والتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من مؤسسة معتمدة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في مشاريع الطرق والبنية التحتية المدنية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على إنشاء مشاريع البنية التحتية للمرافق العامة بما في ذلك الطرق وأنظمة الصرف وشبكات المرافق والأعمال المدنية المرتبطة بها.
  • معرفة قوية بالمعايير الهندسية الدولية وممارسات البناء.
  • خبرة سابقة في مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (مفضلة).
  • إتقان استخدام AutoCAD وCivil 3D وحزمة Microsoft Office.
  • الإلمام بإجراءات ضمان الجودة والمراقبة الجودة وإدارة العقود وخدمات استشارات الإشراف.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق وإدارة العلاقات مع الأطراف المعنية.
  • التسجيل المهني أو صفة الزمالة (مفضل).
  • إجادة قوية للغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

Job Description

The Senior Road & Civil Engineer will provide technical leadership and site supervision for road and civil infrastructure construction activities associated with utility projects. The successful candidate will work closely with contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and project schedules while supporting the successful delivery of critical infrastructure assets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead construction supervision activities for roads, pavements, utility corridors, drainage networks, and associated civil infrastructure works.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Review and provide comments on method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and construction schedules.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee testing, commissioning, and handover activities related to civil and roadworks.
  • Identify technical issues during construction and provide effective engineering solutions.
  • Coordinate with utility, structural, geotechnical, survey, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Verify progress quantities and review contractor payment applications.
  • Ensure all works are performed in accordance with approved QA/QC procedures and project quality requirements.
  • Monitor implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards across construction activities.
  • Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and site instruction records.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical recommendations to support project objectives.
  • Support project delivery through proactive risk management and stakeholder coordination.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in road and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in construction supervision of utility infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage systems, utility networks, and associated civil works.
  • Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and construction practices.
  • Previous experience on large-scale infrastructure projects within the GCC region is preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, contract administration, and supervision consultancy services.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional registration or chartership status is preferred.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
