شركة FAENA تعلن عن وظيفة Spa Attendant في المملكة العربية السعودية، للانضمام إلى فريق منتجع FAENA البحر الأحمر. تهدف الشركة إلى تقديم تجارب استثنائية تجمع بين الفن والثقافة والضيافة الأصيلة، ونبحث عن شخص يساهم في خلق بيئة سبا نظيفة ومريحة ومرحبة بالضيوف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال الضيوف، تقديم المشروبات، جولات تعريفية بالسبا، الإجابة عن الاستفسارات، ومساعدة الضيوف في تغيير الملابس وارتداء الروب.
- الحفاظ على نظافة جميع مناطق السبا (غرف تبديل الملابس، صالات الاسترخاء، غرف العلاج) بما في ذلك الأرضيات والمرايا والأثاث؛ وإدارة الغسيل.
- إعادة تزويد المناشف والماء والمستلزمات والمنتجات التجميلية؛ والتنسيق مع فريق السبا لضمان سير العمليات اليومية بسلاسة.
- التعامل مع الاستفسارات الهاتفية الأساسية، إدارة الحجوزات البسيطة أو إعادة الجدولة، ومعالجة المدفوعات.
- المساعدة في مراقبة المخزون من الأقمشة والمواد الاستهلاكية ومنتجات البيع بالتجزئة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في الضيافة الفاخرة (5 نجوم) أو في مجال السبا.
- فهم أساسي لعلاجات وإجراءات السبا (ميزة إضافية).
- قدرة على الوقوف لفترات طويلة وحمل أوزان معتدلة والعمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
- فهم أساسي للمواد الكيميائية المستخدمة في التنظيف وإجراءات السلامة.
- موقف إيجابي وودود وروح العمل الجماعي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل قوية ومهارات شخصية ممتازة مع القدرة على تعدد المهام.
- اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق مع إدارة وقت ممتازة.
- التحفظ والهدوء والكفاءة أثناء العمل في مناطق تواجد الضيوف.
- القدرة على تحديد الأولويات والاستجابة السريعة لطلبات التنظيف أو التوصيل العاجلة.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests, offer refreshments, provide spa tours, answer questions, and assist with changing into robes.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep all spa areas (locker rooms, relaxation lounges, treatment rooms) spotless, including floors, mirrors, and furniture; manage laundry.
- Operations Support: Restock towels, water, amenities, and retail products; coordinate with the spa team for smooth daily operations.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle basic phone inquiries, manage simple bookings or rescheduling, and process payments.
- Inventory: Assist with stock control for linens, consumables, and retail items.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
- Customer Service: Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderately, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of spa treatments and procedures is beneficial.
