شركة FAENA تعلن عن وظيفة Barista في المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل في مشروع FAENA The Red Sea ضمن بيئة ضيافة فاخرة تركز على الإبداع والتميز.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مسئول الباريستا تحضير وتقديم القهوة والإسبريسو والشاي والمشروبات المتخصصة بدقة وترحيب. تتطلب الوظيفة اهتمامًا بالتفاصيل، معرفة قوية بالمنتجات، وقدرة على التفاعل مع الضيوف في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع. كما يدعم الباريستا نظافة منطقة الخدمة، إدارة المخزون، وتقديم تجربة راقية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحضير مشروبات الإسبريسو والشاي والمشروبات المتخصصة وفق الوصفات والمعايير المحددة.
- ضمان الجودة والعرض والتوقيت المناسب لجميع المشروبات.
- تقديم خدمة دافئة ويقظة وغنية بالمعرفة لتعزيز تجربة الضيوف.
- الحفاظ على محطة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة ومخزنة بالكامل طوال فترة الخدمة.
- مراقبة وتعويض مخزون القهوة والحليب والشرابات والمواد ذات الصلة بشكل استباقي.
- تشغيل ماكينات الإسبريسو والمطاحن ومعدات التخمير بأمان مع الإبلاغ عن أي أعطال فورًا.
- الالتزام بمعايير سلامة الأغذية والنظافة والتعقيم.
- معالجة طلبات الضيوف ومدفوعاتهم بدقة باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع.
- إظهار معرفة متعمقة بحبوب القهوة وطرق التخمير والشاي والمشروبات المتخصصة لتقديم التوصيات وزيادة المبيعات.
- تخصيص الخدمة من خلال التفاعل مع الضيوف واستخدام أسمائهم عند الاقتضاء.
- التواصل الفعّال مع فريق العمل لضمان تدفق خدمة سلس وفعّال.
- المساعدة في تجهيز منطقة الخدمة قبل البدء وتنظيفها بعد انتهاء المناوبة.
- تحضير الميزانبلانس مسبقًا لدعم أوقات الذروة.
- دعم تدريب الأعضاء الجدد عبر عرض معايير تحضير المشروبات وخدمتها.
- الالتزام بمعايير خدمة FAENA في المظهر والسلوك والتفاعل مع الضيوف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة كباريستا في بيئة ضيافة عالية الحجم أو فاخرة.
- معرفة بإعداد الإسبريسو والقهوة المتخصصة وتقنيات التخمير.
- فهم معايير سلامة الأغذية والنظافة والتعقيم.
- الإلمام بأنظمة نقاط البيع وإجراءات التعامل النقدي الأساسية.
- شهادة باريستا أو تدريب في مجال الضيافة تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على تحمل متطلبات بدنية متنوعة طوال منطقة العمل، بما في ذلك التحرك بأمان على أرض غير مستوية أو في أماكن ضيقة، والبقاء نشطًا أو الجلوس لفترات طويلة أثناء المناوبة.
- القوة المتوسطة: بذل قوة تصل إلى 20 كجم أحيانًا، و10 كجم بشكل متكرر، و5 كجم بشكل مستمر، ورفع أو نقل ما يصل إلى 15 كجم أحيانًا.

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and warmth. The Barista also supports the cleanliness, inventory, and presentation of the café or coffee service area.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to exact recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and timely delivery of all beverages.
- Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout service.
- Monitor and replenish inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and related supplies proactively.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely, reporting any issues promptly.
- Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, teas, and specialty beverages to confidently recommend and upsell.
- Personalize service by engaging with guests and, where appropriate, using names.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
- Assist with setup before service and breakdown/cleaning after shifts.
- Prepare mise en place in advance to support peak service periods.
- Support onboarding of new team members by demonstrating beverage preparation and service standards.
- Maintain Faena service standards in appearance, behavior, and guest interaction.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
- Previous experience as a Barista in a high-volume or luxury hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of espresso preparation, specialty coffee, and brewing techniques.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Barista certification or hospitality training is an advantage.
