شركة FAENA، ضمن مشروعها التوسعي في المملكة العربية السعودية، تعلن عن وظيفة مضيف/مضيفة (Host/Hostess) في منتجع البحر الأحمر، للعمل على استقبال الضيوف وتنسيق تجربة الوصول في منافذ الطعام الفاخرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال الضيوف بحفاوة وترحيب فور وصولهم، لإضفاء انطباع أول إيجابي.
- إدارة حجوزات الضيوف وقوائم الانتظار وتوزيع الطاولات بدقة وكفاءة.
- مرافقة الضيوف إلى الطاولات وتقديم قوائم الطعام مع ضمان تجربة جلوس سلسة.
- التنسيق مع فرق الخدمة والمطبخ لتحسين تدفق الطاولات وكفاءة الخدمة.
- مراقبة جاهزية منطقة الطعام ونظافتها وأجواءها قبل وأثناء الخدمة.
- التعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف والطلبات الخاصة وتفضيلات الجلوس بشكل احترافي.
- التواصل الفعال مع موظفي خدمة الطعام والمشروبات بخصوص حالة الطاولات واحتياجات الضيوف.
- المساعدة في إدارة أوقات الذروة لتقليل أوقات الانتظار وضمان رضا الضيوف.
- الحفاظ على سجلات حجوزات دقيقة باستخدام نظام إدارة المطاعم.
- دعم التعرف على الضيوف المهمين وضمان تطبيق معايير الخدمة الشخصية.
- التعامل مع شكاوى الضيوف أو مخاوفهم بهدوء ورفعها عند الضرورة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الخدمة وقواعد المظهر الشخصي والعرض.
- التنسيق مع المشرفين ومديري المطعم لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
- المساعدة في الترويج لعروض المطعم والفعاليات والتجارب الخاصة عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها إلزامية، والتدريب في مجال الضيافة ميزة.
- خبرة من 1-2 سنوات في خدمة العملاء أو الاستقبال أو دور مضيف في قطاع الطعام والمشروبات مفضلة.
- فهم أساسي لعمليات المطاعم وإدارة تدفق الضيوف.
- الإلمام بأنظمة الحجوزات أو نقاط البيع أو منصات الحجز ميزة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية إلزامية، وإتقان لغات إضافية ميزة.
- القدرة على أداء حركات بدنية متنوعة أثناء العمل (الوقوف، المشي، الجلوس لفترات طويلة، الانحناء).
- القدرة على التحرك بأمان في التضاريس غير المستوية أو المساحات الضيقة.
- البقاء نشطاً والتنقل المستمر، أو الجلوس لفترات طويلة على مكتب والعمل على الكمبيوتر أثناء المناوبة.
- أعمال متوسطة: بذل قوة تصل إلى 20 كجم أحياناً، وحتى 10 كجم بشكل متكرر، وحتى 5 كجم بشكل مستمر، مع رفع ونقل ما يصل إلى 15 كجم عند الحاجة.

- مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والتفاعل مع الضيوف.
- قدرات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- أسلوب دافئ ومرحب ومهني.
- مهارات تنظيمية ومتعددة المهام قوية.
- القدرة على التعامل مع أعداد كبيرة من الضيوف في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
- حل المشكلات بشكل جيد والتعامل مع مخاوف الضيوف بهدوء.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومعايير العرض.
- روح الفريق والقدرة على التنسيق عبر فرق الخدمة.
- إلمام أساسي باستخدام الحاسوب والأنظمة.
- القدرة على البقاء هادئاً تحت الضغط خلال أوقات الخدمة المزدحمة.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage guest reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently and accurately.
- Escort guests to tables and present menus while ensuring a seamless seating experience.
- Coordinate table flow with service and kitchen teams to optimize seating capacity and service efficiency.
- Monitor dining area readiness, cleanliness, and ambiance before and during service.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and seating preferences professionally.
- Communicate effectively with F&B service staff regarding table status and guest needs.
- Assist in managing peak-time seating to minimize wait times and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate reservation records using the restaurant management system.
- Support VIP guest recognition and ensure personalized service standards are upheld.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns calmly and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, grooming, and presentation guidelines.
- Coordinate with restaurant supervisors and managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in promoting restaurant offerings, events, and special experiences when required.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality training is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in guest service, front desk, or F&B hosting role preferred.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and guest flow management.
- Familiarity with reservation systems or POS/booking platforms is an advantage.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
