شركة Mace، الرائدة عالمياً في الاستشارات الهندسية وإدارة المشاريع، تعلن عن وظيفة مدير علاقات أصحاب المصلحة (Stakeholder Manager) للسعوديين في الرياض. ستعمل ضمن فريق استشاري استراتيجي يدير بناء استادات رئيسية وتطويرها وتحويل المناطق المحيطة في الرياض، مع التركيز على تحقيق التميز التشغيلي والاستدامة طويلة المدى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية التواصل والمشاركة لأصحاب المصلحة للمشروع.
- تحديد ورسم خريطة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين، بما في ذلك العملاء والجهات الحكومية والهيئات الرياضية ومزودي الخدمات والمشغلين والمجتمعات المحلية.
- بناء علاقات فعالة مع الجهات التنظيمية والحفاظ عليها لتأمين الموافقات والتصاريح وقبول أصحاب المصلحة.
- تنسيق متطلبات أصحاب المصلحة وضمان دمجها في تخطيط المشروع وتصميمه وتسليمه.
- إدارة قضايا ونزاعات وتصعيدات أصحاب المصلحة لتقليل التأثير على البرنامج والتكلفة وأهداف المشروع.
- تيسير ورش العمل والاجتماعات والاستشارات مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
- مراقبة مخاطر أصحاب المصلحة، والحفاظ على متابعة الإجراءات، وتقديم تقارير دورية للقيادات العليا.
- الإشراف على مبادرات المشاركة المجتمعية وإدارة التواصل مع الجمهور عند الحاجة.
- دعم تنفيذ أنشطة التواصل وأصحاب المصلحة بما يضمن التوافق مع أهداف المشروع ومتطلبات العميل.
- بناء علاقات فعالة مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة وفرق المشروع لتحقيق نتائج ناجحة.
- مراقبة الأداء وإعداد التقارير والامتثال لخطط إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل.
- دفع التحسين المستمر لتعزيز المنهجيات والتكامل والتسليم عبر تخصصات التواصل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة تمهيدية في خدمات مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO) وضوابط المشاريع.
- شهادة APM Foundation and Practitioner (أو ما يعادلها).
- الالتزام بالتطوير المهني والتقدم نحو رتبة محترف معتمد (Chartered status).
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لشركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع (مطلوبة لأغراض الهجرة والموافقة من العميل).

The Project
Mace is providing strategic project management consultancy for major new build stadiums, multiple stadium redevelopments, and wider precinct transformations in Riyadh. The scope includes the delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, delivering major mixed-use amenities, and introducing robust knowledge transfer to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability beyond construction.
Provides dedicated stakeholder and communications support to project teams, delivering coordinated services that enable effective engagement, clear communication, and successful project outcomes.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and implement the project's stakeholder engagement and communications strategy.
- Identify, map, and manage key stakeholders, including clients, government authorities, sporting bodies, utility providers, operators, and local communities.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities to secure approvals, permits, and stakeholder buy-in.
- Coordinate stakeholder requirements and ensure they are incorporated into project planning, design, and delivery.
- Manage stakeholder issues, conflicts, and escalations to minimize impacts on programme, cost, and project objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and consultations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor stakeholder risks, maintain action trackers, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Supervise community engagement initiatives and manage public-facing communications where required.
- Support the delivery of stakeholder and communications activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to enable successful outcomes.
- Monitor performance, reporting, and compliance against stakeholder and communications management plans.
- Drive continuous improvement, strengthening methodologies, integration, and delivery across communications disciplines.
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Introductory experience in PMO and project controls services.
- APM Foundation and Practitioner (or equivalent) certification.
- Commitment to professional development and chartered status progression.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
