شركة Mace تبحث عن مدير تخطيط لوجستي للعمل على مشروع ترفيهي وضيافة فاخر كبير في الرياض، السعودية، ضمن فريق متمرس يدمج خبرات البناء والاستشارات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يجمع هذا المشروع بين خبرات Mace الإنشائية والاستشارية لإطلاق إمكانات كل فرد ومشروع، وإعادة تعريف حدود الطموح. يتولى قائد التخطيط اللوجستي التخطيط عبر المشاريع المعقدة، مع ضمان التخطيط الفعال والجدولة ومراقبة الأداء. يدعم تسليم المشروع من خلال التنسيق والضوابط الاستباقية، مما يساعد على تحقيق أهداف البرنامج وتقليل المخاطر والحفاظ على نتائج فعالة من حيث التكلفة والوقت عبر مجموعة من المشاريع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على مراجعات البرنامج اللوجستي، والتحقق من التسلسل وقابلية الإنشاء والقيود وجاهزية التسليم عبر النطاق المحدد.
- مراقبة التقدم والأداء والتنبؤ، وتقديم تحليل وإبلاغ قوي لدعم اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة.
- دعم أنشطة التخطيط التعاقدي، بما في ذلك تحليل التأخير وتقييم التغيير والامتثال للبرنامج.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لدمج بيانات الجدول الزمني والتكلفة والمخاطر والخدمات اللوجستية، مما يتيح تسليم المشروع بأمان وكفاءة.
- التخطيط اللوجستي الحساس للطقس وإدارة الطوارئ.
- إدارة الواجهات بين حزم العمل المتعددة.
- دفع التعاون بين فرق الخدمات اللوجستية والبناء.
- إدارة المقاولين ومزودي الخدمات اللوجستية الخارجيين.
- إدارة التخطيط اللوجستي والتحكم في الجدول الزمني، وضمان برامج متكاملة قابلة للتسليم تتوافق مع أهداف المشروع ومتطلبات الموقع.
- تطبيق عمليات تخطيط وضمان وإبلاغ قوية لدعم التنبؤ الفعال واتخاذ القرارات.
- تنسيق موارد المقاولين والأنشطة اللوجستية والواجهات التشغيلية لتمكين تسليم المشروع بشكل آمن وفعال.
- التأثير على أصحاب المصلحة، ودعم متطلبات المشروع، والمساهمة في أهداف Mace للوصول إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة جامعية ذات صلة وعضوية مهنية (APM أو RICS أو CIOB أو ICE أو AACE أو IRM أو IEMA أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة واسعة في التخطيط ومراقبة المشاريع في البرامج الكبرى، بما في ذلك مسؤوليات قيادية.
- خبرة متقدمة في Primavera P6 وضمان البرامج ومراجعة جداول المقاولين.
- معرفة قوية بتسليم البناء وعقود FIDIC ومتطلبات التأشيرة/العميل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارية لإدارة المشاريع، وهي مطلوبة للهجرة وموافقة العميل.

The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on construction management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.
Leads logistics planning across complex projects, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Supports project delivery through proactive coordination and controls, helping achieve programme objectives, minimise risk and maintain timely, cost-effective outcomes across a portfolio of projects.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Oversee logistics programme reviews, validating sequencing, constructability, constraints, and delivery readiness across assigned scope.
- Monitor progress, performance, and forecasting, providing robust analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Support contractual planning activities, including delay analysis, change assessment, and programme compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate schedule, cost, risk, and logistics data, enabling safe and efficient project delivery.
- Weather-sensitive logistics planning and contingency management.
- Management of interfaces between multiple work packages.
- Driving collaboration between logistics and construction teams.
- Managing contractors and third-party logistics providers.
- Manage logistics planning and schedule control, ensuring integrated, deliverable programmes aligned with project objectives and site requirements.
- Apply robust planning, assurance, and reporting processes to support effective forecasting and decision-making.
- Coordinate contractor resources, logistics activities, and operational interfaces to enable safe, efficient project delivery.
- Influence stakeholders, support project requirements, and contribute to Mace’s net zero carbon ambitions.
- Relevant degree and professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA, or equivalent).
- Extensive planning and project controls experience on major programmes, including leadership responsibilities.
- Advanced Primavera P6, program assurance, and contractor schedule review expertise.
- Strong knowledge of construction delivery, FIDIC contracts and Saudi Arabia visa/client requirements
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
