تعلن شركة Mace عن فرصة للعمل كمستشار أول في الطرق السريعة (Senior Road Expert - Highways Design) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن أحد أكبر البرامج في البلاد والذي يتضمن تطويراً متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية، بالإضافة إلى البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم القيادة الفنية والضمان لتصميم الطرق السريعة، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير والمتطلبات التنظيمية وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
- مراجعة وتحدي تسليمات التصميم، وتحديد المخاطر، ودفع حلول آمنة ومنسقة وقابلة للتنفيذ.
- دعم إشراك أصحاب المصلحة، والموافقات الرسمية، والإشراف على الاستشاريين لتمكين تسليم المشروع بفعالية.
- تقديم الإرشاد الفني، ومشاركة المعرفة، ومبادرات التحسين المستمر، وتعزيز التميز في التصميم وتحسين القيمة.
- إدارة تسليم التصميم والموارد والأداء التشغيلي عبر المشاريع، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف العمل.
- العمل كنقطة محورية لإدارة التصميم، ودفع الحوكمة والامتثال والتحسين المستمر.
- دعم تسليم المشاريع والمشتريات وأنشطة تطوير الأعمال، والمساهمة في تحقيق نتائج ناجحة للعملاء.
- تعزيز التميز الفني وتطوير القدرات والتعاون، مع دعم التزام Mace بخفض انبعاثات الكربون إلى الصفر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- يفضل العضوية المهنية (Chartered) أو تسجيل مهندس محترف معادل.
- خبرة واسعة في تصميم الطرق السريعة، بما في ذلك مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى ومشاريع في الشرق الأوسط.
- سنوات خبرة كبيرة في تصميم الطرق والطرق السريعة، مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنوات كبيرة في الشرق الأوسط.
- خبرة في مرحلة التسليم الناجحة للمشاريع والبرامج في قطاع الاستشارات.
- خبرة قوية في التصميم الهندسي (Geometric Design)، والأرصفة، والصرف الصحي، والتقاطعات، والسلامة على الطرق.
- إتقان استخدام برامج تصميم الطرق السريعة والمشاركة مع الجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة.

The Project
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Provides independent senior highway engineering expertise, acting as a trusted advisor across complex infrastructure projects. Ensures highway designs are technically robust, compliant, safe, constructible, and effectively coordinated, supporting efficient approvals, delivery, and programme objectives.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Provide technical leadership and assurance for highway design, ensuring compliance with standards, governance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Review and challenge design deliverables, identifying risks and driving safe, coordinated, and constructible solutions.
- Support stakeholder engagement, authority approvals, and consultant oversight to enable effective project delivery.
- Deliver technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives, promoting design excellence and value optimisation.
- Direct and manage design delivery, resources, and operational performance across projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the focal point for design management, driving governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Support project delivery, procurement, and business development activities, contributing to successful client outcomes.
- Promote technical excellence, capability development, and collaboration while supporting Mace’s net zero carbon commitments.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; master’s degree preferred.
- Chartered membership or equivalent professional engineering registration preferred.
- Extensive highway design experience, including major infrastructure and Middle East projects.
- Extensive years of experience in highway and road design with a minimum of significant years of experience in the Middle East.
- Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the consultancy sector.
- Strong expertise in geometric design, pavements, drainage, interchanges, and road safety.
- Proficient in highway design software and stakeholder engagement with regulatory authorities.
