شركة Mace تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب (Senior Manager, Interface and Configuration Management) في الرياض، للعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية، والذي يشمل تطويرًا متعدد الاستخدامات مع مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية وبنية تحتية مرتبطة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
Mace هي أحد شركاء التوصيل في هذا البرنامج، وتتطلب محترفين ذوي كفاءة عالية وخبرة لقيادة فرق متكاملة خلال كل مرحلة من مراحل المشروع. يقود شاغل الوظيفة منهج هندسة النظم (systems engineering) لإدارة الواجهات والتكامل والتكوين عبر المحفظة، ويعمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات وسلسلة التوريد لضمان تحديد الواجهات والتكوينات الحرجة والتحكم فيها وتتبعها والتحقق من صحتها طوال دورة حياة المشروع. يدعم الدور أنظمة نقل آمنة ومتكاملة وعالية الأداء، ويطبق أفضل الممارسات والامتثال التنظيمي والاعتمادات الفنية الفعالة من التصميم إلى البناء والتسليم والتشغيل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وعمليات وأدوات إدارة الواجهات والتكوين لدعم الاعتمادات الفنية والتسليم في الوقت المناسب عبر المحفظة.
- دعم عمليات المشروع والمعالم والتحليل بما يتوافق مع الجداول الزمنية والمعايير الصناعية مثل ISO 15288 وEN 50126/29 وEN 50716.
- تقديم تقارير دورية عن التقدم لمدير هندسة النظم.
- التنسيق مع مدير السلامة والاعتماد والتنظيم لدعم الاعتمادات من الجهات المختصة.
- تقديم المشورة للقيادة وفرق المشروع بشأن إدارة الواجهات والتحكم في التكوين بشكل قابل للتتبع بالكامل.
- تحديد متطلبات بنية النظم (systems architecture) عبر سلسلة التوريد، وضمان الاتساق والتحكم.
- تخطيط وتنسيق أنشطة التكامل عبر المشاريع والمحفظة الأوسع.
- قيادة تحديد وتحليل الواجهات، وضمان تعريف وتنفيذ والتحقق من الواجهات الهامة.
- قيادة إدارة التكوين، وضمان التحكم في التكوينات الرئيسية وتسجيلها وملاءمتها لكل مرحلة تسليم.
- دعم تطوير الزملاء في بداية مسيرتهم المهنية.
- تدريب فرق المشروع والموردين لدمج المعايير الصناعية وأفضل الممارسات والجاهزية للتسليم.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني لتحقيق التحول نحو صافي انبعاثات صفرية (net zero carbon)، والمشاركة في تحديد وإدارة انبعاثات الكربون وتخفيضاتها المرتبطة بتسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو الحاسوب أو هندسة النظم (يفضل الماجستير).
- عضوية مهنية معترف بها وحالة مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer) أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة من 10 إلى 15 سنة في البرامج المتعلقة بالنقل البري من حيث التصميم والبناء و/أو التشغيل والصيانة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
- يفضل خبرة في أدوات وبرمجيات بنية النظم (Systems Architecture) وإدارة التكوين (CM) وإدارة الواجهات (IM).
- خبرة كبيرة في تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة خطط وأدوات وتقنيات إدارة الواجهات والمخرجات المرتبطة بها.
- فهم تفصيلي لإدارة التكوين عبر مشاريع النقل ذات التسليم المرحلي.
- معرفة متعمقة بالتصميم والبناء والتشغيل الخاص بأصول السكك الحديدية، ولوائح السلامة، والمعايير الصناعية وأفضل الممارسات (مثل EN 50126).
- فهم قوي لأُطر المدن الذكية (smart-city frameworks) ومبادئ التصميم المستدام.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وامتلاك خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لشركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع، وذلك وفقاً لمتطلبات الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
Leads the systems engineering approach to interface, integration and configuration management across portfolio.
Working with multidisciplinary teams and the supply chain, the role ensures critical interfaces and configurations are identified, controlled, traceable and validated throughout the project lifecycle.
The role supports safe, integrated and high-performing transport systems, embedding industry best practice, regulatory compliance and efficient technical approvals from design through construction, handover and operations.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and implement interface and configuration management strategies, processes and tools to support timely technical approvals and delivery across the portfolio.
- Support project processes, milestones and analysis in line with schedules and industry standards, including ISO 15288, EN 50126/29 and EN 50716.
- Provide the director of systems engineering with timely progress reporting.
- Coordinate with the director of safety, certification and regulation to support approvals from relevant authorities.
- Advise leadership and project teams on interface management and fully traceable configuration control.
- Define systems architecture requirements across the supply chain, ensuring consistency and control.
- Plan and coordinate integration activities across projects and the wider portfolio.
- Lead interface identification and analysis, ensuring significant interfaces are defined, implemented and validated.
- Lead configuration management, ensuring key configurations are controlled, recorded and fit for each delivery stage.
- Support the development of early-career colleagues.
- Coach project teams and suppliers to embed industry standards, best practice and delivery readiness.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- A bachelor’s degree in an Electrical, Electronic, Computer or Systems Engineering discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Recognised professional membership and Chartered Engineer status, or an equivalent.
- 10-15 years’ relevant experience within land transport-related design, construction and/or operations & maintenance programs.
- Middle East experience is advantageous.
- Experience of Systems Architecture, CM and IM tools and software advantageous.
- Significant experience required in the development, implementation, and management of Interface management plans, tools and techniques and associated deliverables.
- Detailed understanding of Configuration Management across staged delivery transport projects.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific design, construction and operation of railway assets, safety regulations, industry standards and best practices (e.g. EN50126). Strong understanding of smart-city frameworks and sustainable design principles.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
