شركة Mace، المتخصصة في الجمع بين خبرات البناء والاستشارات لتحقيق أقصى إمكانات الأفراد والمشاريع، تبحث عن مساعد مدير BIM (BIM Assistant Manager) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة - مشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يضم مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التواصل الفعّال مع العملاء وفرق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة مع ضمان التعاون وتبادل المعلومات عبر المشاريع.
- تطبيق المعرفة بمعايير ISO 19650 والمعايير ذات الصلة بالعميل، وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات إدارة المعلومات.
- ضمان اتباع بروتوكولات أمان المعلومات ودعم عمليات الحوكمة والضمان ومراقبة الجودة، بما في ذلك مراجعات ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة لخطط تنفيذ BIM (BEPs).
- فهم أساسيات تأليف المعلومات وتقديم العمل وفقًا لعمليات وإجراءات Mace ومسؤوليات تعيين إدارة المعلومات.
- مراجعة التقنيات الحالية، والبحث عن حلول BIM الناشئة، ودعم التحسين المستمر لعمليات التسليم الرقمية.
- توفير استراتيجيات تسلسل البناء باستخدام نماذج المعلومات، ودعم ضمان والتحقق من صحة نماذج المعلومات طوال تسليم المشروع.
- المساعدة في تطوير مكتبات الكائنات ومعايير المعلومات وطرق وإجراءات وموارد BIM المشتركة بما يتوافق مع الاستراتيجية التنظيمية.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع والتصميم وإدارة التكاليف لدعم تخطيط التكاليف والامتثال الإجرائي وتحقيق أهداف الحياد الكربوني من خلال إدارة الكربون الاستباقية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحصول على مؤهل المستوى الثالث (Level 3) أو ما يعادله.
- يشمل ذلك مؤهلات A Levels و AS Levels والبكالوريا الدولية.
- يشمل أيضًا التدريب المهني المتقدم (Advanced Apprenticeships) ومؤهلات T Levels.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Communicates effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders while ensuring collaboration and information sharing across projects.
- Develops and applies knowledge of ISO 19650 and relevant client standards, ensuring compliance with information management requirements.
- Ensures information security protocols are followed and supports governance, assurance, and quality control processes, including QA/QC reviews of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Understands information authoring fundamentals and delivers work in accordance with Mace processes, procedures, and information management assignment responsibilities.
- Reviews existing technologies, researches emerging BIM solutions, and supports continuous improvement of digital delivery processes.
- Provides construction sequencing strategies using information models and supports the assurance and validation of information models throughout project delivery.
- Assists in the development of object libraries, information standards, methods, procedures, and shared BIM resources aligned with organizational strategy.
- Collaborates with project, design, and cost management teams to support cost planning, procedural compliance, and the achievement of net-zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon management.
- Holds a Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Includes A Levels, AS Levels, and International Baccalaureate qualifications.
- Covers Advanced Apprenticeships and T Levels.
