تعلن شركة Mace عن توفر فرصة وظيفية في الرياض لشغل منصب Senior Manager, Verification and Validation، ضمن أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية الذي يتضمن تطويراً متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يجمع فريق Mace بين خبرة البناء والاستشارات لإطلاق الإمكانات في كل شخص أو مشروع وإعادة تعريف حدود الطموح. هذه فرصة للعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة. يعد المشروع فريداً من نوعه ويتكون من تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيه وفنون إلى جانب جميع البنى التحتية المرتبطة. تعد Mace أحد شركاء التوصيل الذين يحتاجون إلى محترفين ذوي كفاءة عالية وخبرة لقيادة فرق متكاملة خلال كل مرحلة من مراحل المشروع. سيكون شاغل الوظيفة عضواً رئيسياً في فريق هندسة النظم، حيث يقود استراتيجية التحقق والتحقق من الصحة (V&V) للبنية التحتية للنقل والبيئة المبنية والأصول المرتبطة بها. يعمل عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات وسلاسل التوريد لضمان تحديد المتطلبات بوضوح والتحقق منها وإثباتها وفقاً للمعايير التنظيمية وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية بما في ذلك EN 50126 وEN 50716 وEN 50129. يدعم الدور توصيل أنظمة النقل بشكل آمن ومتكامل وعالي الأداء من المفهوم والتصميم عبر البناء والتشغيل والتسليم إلى العمليات، مع تلبية احتياجات المستخدمين ومتطلبات الموافقة وأهداف الاستدامة طويلة الأجل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وقيادة استراتيجية التحقق والتحقق من الصحة، والخطط، والعمليات، والأدوات لدعم الموافقات الفنية وتسليم المشروع في الوقت المناسب.
- تحديد معايير القبول والحفاظ على إطار إثبات قوي، مع ضمان التحقق من المتطلبات والمخاطر وأهداف RAM (الموثوقية والتوفر والصيانة) والاحتياجات التشغيلية قبل القبول الرسمي.
- إدارة مخاطر التكامل والضمان بشكل تعاوني عبر فرق المتطلبات والواجهات وRAM والسلامة والاعتماد والتنظيم.
- مراجعة خطط V&V ومواصفاتها وتقاريرها وأدلة الإثبات الخاصة بالموردين، ودعم جاهزية الاختبار والتشغيل والدخول في الخدمة وفقاً للمعايير المعترف بها.
- تقديم تقارير تقدم واضحة ونصائح ضمان للقيادة وفرق المشروع والموردين والسلطات المختصة، بما في ذلك دعم تحقيقات الحوادث عند الحاجة.
- تدريب ودعم الفرق لترسيخ الممارسات الجيدة، وتعزيز القدرات، وتقديم أصول آمنة وقابلة للتشغيل ومستدامة، بما في ذلك الإدارة الاستباقية للكربون.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للتحول إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية، مع التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة انبعاثات الكربون وفرص الحد منها طوال فترة التسليم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص هندسي (يفضل الماجستير) ذي صلة بسلامة أنظمة السكك الحديدية.
- عضوية مهنية معترف بها وحالة مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer) أو ما يعادلها.
- 10-15 سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة في برامج التصميم والبناء و/أو العمليات والصيانة المتعلقة بالنقل البري.
- الخبرة في الشرق الأوسط تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة كبيرة مطلوبة في تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة عمليات وأدوات وتقنيات V&V والمخرجات المرتبطة بها.
- فهم تفصيلي لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لـ V&V والتقارير.
- معرفة معمقة بتصميم وبناء وتشغيل أصول السكك الحديدية الخاصة بالصناعة، ولوائح السلامة، والمعايير الصناعية وأفضل الممارسات (مثل ISO61508 وEN50126/29 وEN50716).
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وامتلاك خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع، وهي مطلوبة لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
Key member of the systems engineering team, leading the V&V strategy for transport infrastructure, the built environment and associated assets.
Working across multidisciplinary teams and supply chains, the role ensures requirements are clearly defined, verified and evidenced in line with regulatory standards and industry best practice, including EN 50126, EN 50716 and EN 50129.
The role supports the safe, integrated and high-performing delivery of transport systems from concept and design through construction, commissioning and handover into operations, while meeting user needs, approval requirements and long-term sustainability objectives.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and lead the verification and validation strategy, plans, processes and tools to support timely technical approvals and project delivery.
- Define acceptance criteria and maintain a robust evidence framework, ensuring requirements, hazards, RAM targets and operational needs are verified before formal acceptance.
- Manage integration and assurance risks collaboratively across requirements, interfaces, RAM, safety, certification and regulatory teams.
- Review supplier V&V plans, specifications, reports and evidence, supporting test readiness, commissioning and entry into service in line with recognised standards.
- Provide clear progress reporting and assurance advice to leadership, project teams, suppliers and relevant authorities, including support for incident investigations where required.
- Coach and support teams to embed best practice, strengthen capability and deliver safe, operable and sustainable assets, including proactive carbon management.
- Work collaboratively towards the shared goal of a net zero carbon transition, proactively identifying and managing carbon emissions and reduction opportunities throughout delivery.
- A bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Master’s preferred), relevant to Railway Systems Safety.
- Recognised professional membership and Chartered Engineer status, or an equivalent.
- 10-15 years’ relevant experience within land transport-related design, construction and/or operations and maintenance programs.
- Middle East experience is advantageous.
- Significant experience required in the development, implementation, and management of V&V processes, tools and techniques and associated deliverables.
- Detailed understanding of V&V KPIs and Reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific design, construction and operation of railway assets, safety regulations, industry standards and best practices (e.g. ISO61508, EN50126/29, EN50716).
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
