شركة Mace، التي تدمج خبرات البناء مع الاستشارات لتطلق العنان للإمكانات في كل شخص أو مشروع، تبحث عن Senior Commercial Manager - Fit-Out للعمل في الرياض على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية. هذا المشروع الضخم متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنون وبنية تحتية مرتبطة. المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وإدارة مستندات العقد، والضمانات، والسندات، والتراخيص، ودعم التنفيذ الرسمي للعقد مع تقديم المشورة بشأن شروط العقد والالتزامات.
- قياس وتقييم وإدارة التغييرات (variations)، وضمان التقييمات الدقيقة والاتفاق مع المقاولين وفقاً لمتطلبات العقد.
- الحفاظ على تحكم فعال في التكاليف، وإعداد التقارير، والإدارة المالية طوال دورة حياة العقد.
- الإشراف على إعداد وتقديم تقارير التكلفة الشهرية بعد التعاقد للعملاء، مع إبراز الوضع المالي والقضايا الرئيسية.
- تقييم وتقديم المشورة بشأن التكاليف الناشئة عن تغييرات التصميم، وترسية العقود، وأنشطة البناء، والرسوم المرتبطة بالعميل.
- تقييم مطالبات المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن فيما يخص التأخيرات والتكاليف الإضافية، وتقديم المشورة التجارية والتوصيات.
- تقديم المشورة بشأن الإنجاز العملي، وتصحيح العيوب، وشهادات الإنجاز النهائي، والتفاوض والاتفاق على الحسابات النهائية.
- قيادة وتطوير فرق إدارة التكاليف، وإدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين، ودفع التحسين المستمر والتغيير التحويلي، ودعم أهداف الحياد الكربوني من خلال إدارة الكربون الاستباقية.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

The Project

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Prepare and administer contract documents, warranties, bonds, licenses, and support formal contract execution while advising on contract terms and obligations.
- Measure, value, and manage variations, ensuring accurate valuations and agreement with contractors in accordance with contract requirements.
- Maintain effective cost control, reporting, and financial management throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly post-contract cost reports to clients, highlighting financial status and key issues.
- Assess and advise on costs arising from design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client-related charges.
- Evaluate contractor and subcontractor claims for delays and additional costs, providing commercial advice and recommendations.
- Advise on practical completion, defect rectification, final completion certificates, and negotiate and agree final accounts.
- Lead and develop cost management teams, manage senior stakeholder relationships, drive continuous improvement and transformational change, and support net-zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon management.
- Professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent).
