تتولى شركة Mace، التي تجمع بين خبرة الإنشاءات والاستشارات، مهمة إطلاق إمكانات كل فرد أو مشروع وإعادة تعريف حدود الطموح. نبحث حالياً عن Senior Risk Manager للانضمام إلى فريق متميز في الرياض، للمساهمة في تنفيذ مشروع سكني وفندقي فاخر جداً يشمل أعمالاً مدنية وبنية تحتية واسعة النطاق، بالتعاون مع مهندسين معماريين واستشاريين عالميين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز قيم السلامة أولاً مع تطبيق صلاحية إيقاف العمل بثقة والترويج لمعايير الرفاهية.
- إظهار سلوكيات قيادية تتوافق مع قيم المؤسسة، وتوجيه وتدريب الموظفين المبتدئين.
- تنفيذ وتحسين أطر المخاطر والسجلات ولوحات المعلومات وعمليات إعداد التقارير باستمرار.
- تيسير ورش العمل والمراجعات والتقييمات الخاصة بالمخاطر لتحديد وتقييم وتخفيف مخاطر المشروع.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع لدمج ضوابط المخاطر في الخطط والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات.
- ضمان جودة بيانات المخاطر والامتثال لأفضل الممارسات والمراقبة الاستباقية لتغير ملفات المخاطر.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك المتمثل في التحول إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفري، ومشاركة المسؤولية في التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة وتخفيضها أثناء تنفيذ العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية أو دبلوم في إدارة المخاطر أو الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع.
- التقدم نحو الحصول على الزمالة من هيئة مهنية معترف بها مع التطوير المهني المستمر.
- سنوات عديدة من الخبرة القيادية في مجال المخاطر على مشاريع كبرى، ويفضل أن تكون في المملكة العربية السعودية أو الشرق الأوسط.
- خبرة قوية في أدوات تحليل المخاطر والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على تقييم وتخفيف المخاطر المرتبطة بقيود اللوجستيات وسلسلة التوريد وتوفر المواد والمشتريات طويلة الأجل، وكذلك تحديات الوصول والنقل وجاهزية البنية التحتية والتحديات البيئية والمناخية.
- ضمان الالتزام المستمر بمتطلبات الإبلاغ عن المخاطر والامتثال والضمان.
- فهم قوي لتوقعات العملاء الإقليمية وعمليات الموافقة وتحديات تنفيذ المشاريع الكبرى.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، مع خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع، وهي مطلوبة لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

The Project
This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering an ultra-luxury residential and hospitality project with significant civils and infrastructure scope, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure, landscape, and built assets, delivered rapidly through Mace as a hands-on project management consultant with FIDIC engineer responsibility.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Champion safety-first values, confidently applying stop-work authority, and promoting well-being standards.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviours aligned with organizational values, mentoring and coaching junior staff.
- Implement and continuously improve risk frameworks, registers, dashboards, and reporting processes.
- Facilitate risk workshops, reviews, and assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk controls into plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure high-quality risk data, compliance with best practice, and proactive monitoring of changing risk profiles.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and shares responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree or diploma in risk management, engineering, or project management.
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Extensive years of risk leadership experience on major projects, ideally in KSA/Middle East.
- Strong expertise in risk tools, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with logistics and supply chain constraints, material availability, and long-lead procurement. Access, transportation, and infrastructure readiness. Environmental and climatic challenges.
- Ensure risk reporting, compliance, and assurance requirements are consistently met
- Strong understanding of regional client expectations, approval processes, and major development delivery challenges.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
