نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مدير التصنيع والتحسين المستمر مسؤولية قيادة وظائف الهندسة التصنيعية والصيانة والتميز التشغيلي والتصنيع الرقمي في الموقع. يقود تطوير وتحسين وتوحيد عمليات التصنيع، ويدعم إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة ومشاريع النقل الاستراتيجي، ويقود مبادرات التصنيع الخالي من الهدر (Lean) وسيكس سيجما (Six Sigma) والأتمتة والصناعة 4.0. كما يشرف على استراتيجيات الصيانة وإدارة الأصول لضمان موثوقية المعدات والكفاءة التشغيلية. ويعمل بشكل متكامل مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة وسلسلة التوريد والصيانة والهندسة والبيئة والصحة والسلامة لتحقيق تحسينات مستدامة في السلامة والجودة والإنتاجية والتكلفة ورضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- هندسة التصنيع: قيادة استراتيجية ومعايير التصنيع في الموقع، وتصميم العمليات والتحقق منها والتحسين، وتحسين قدرة العمليات باستخدام الأدوات الإحصائية والجودة، وقيادة تحليل المخاطر (FMEA) وأنشطة تقليل المخاطر، وصيانة مسارات التصنيع وقوائم المواد وتعليمات العمل ومعايير العمل، وتطوير استراتيجيات الأدوات والتجهيزات والمعدات، وقيادة مبادرات توحيد العمليات والمعدات، ودعم تخطيط السعة والتوازن الخطي وتحسين التخطيط، وقيادة تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وحل المشكلات المنظم.
- المنتجات الجديدة والتطوير والنقل: قيادة الجاهزية التصنيعية لمشاريع المنتجات الجديدة والنقل الاستراتيجي، وضمان وضع عمليات الإنتاج والتجهيزات والضوابط قبل الإطلاق، وتنسيق التحقق من العمليات ومراجعات الجاهزية، ودعم مبادرات التصميم من أجل التصنيع (DFM).
- التحسين المستمر: نشر برامج التصنيع الخالي من الهدر وسيكس سيجما، وقيادة كايزن (Kaizen) ورسم خرائط تدفق القيمة، وتحسين الكفاءة الكلية للمعدات (OEE) والإنتاجية والجودة والتكلفة والتسليم، وتدريب الفرق على منهجيات التميز التشغيلي، ورصد مبادرات التحسين المستمر واستدامتها.
- التصنيع الرقمي والأتمتة: قيادة مبادرات الصناعة 4.0 والأتمتة والتقنيات التشغيلية (OT)، وتنفيذ حلول الأتمتة لتحسين أداء التصنيع، ودعم اتصال الآلات وتحليلات الإنتاج والرقمنة، وتعزيز تطبيقات أنظمة تنفيذ التصنيع (MES) وأنظمة التحكم الإشرافي (SCADA) وأجهزة التحكم المنطقي القابلة للبرمجة (PLC) وإنترنت الأشياء الصناعي (IIoT)، وضمان امتثال أنظمة OT لمتطلبات الأمن السيبراني.
- المشاريع الرأسمالية وتحسين الأصول: قيادة مشاريع الاستثمار الرأسمالي في التصنيع، وتطوير دراسات الجدوى وتحليل العائد على الاستثمار (ROI)، ودعم اختيار المعدات وتركيبها وتشغيلها، وتحسين موثوقية المعدات وقابليتها للصيانة وأداء الأصول.
- القيادة متعددة الوظائف: الشراكة مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة وسلسلة التوريد والصيانة والهندسة والبيئة والصحة والسلامة، وقيادة اتخاذ القرارات الفنية ومبادرات التميز التصنيعي، وتعزيز ثقافة المساءلة والابتكار والتميز التشغيلي.
- الصيانة وإدارة الأصول: قيادة وظيفة الصيانة واستراتيجية إدارة الأصول، ودفع برامج الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية والتصحيحية، وتعزيز الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة (TPM) لتحسين وقت التشغيل وتقليل وقت التوقف، ودعم تشغيل المعدات وتحسين أداء الأصول.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو الصناعية (يفضل ماجستير أو ماجستير إدارة أعمال).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات في بيئات التصنيع أو الإنتاج أو التجهيز مع تعرض مثبت للتحسين المستمر (Lean / Six Sigma).
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة مبادرات التحقيق وتحقيق نتائج تشغيلية قابلة للقياس.
- يفضل خبرة في بيئات التصنيع ذات الحجم المنخفض والتنوع العالي (low-volume, high-mix).
- خبرة سابقة في دور قيادي أو إشرافي تعتبر ميزة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً (شرط أساسي).
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لمبادئ الهندسة التصنيعية وتصميم العمليات والتحقق من العمليات وقدرة العمليات ومنهجيات التحكم في العمليات.
- خبرة في تحليل المخاطر (Process FMEA) وخطط التحكم والتحكم الإحصائي للعملية (SPC) وتحليل أنظمة القياس (MSA) ومنهجيات تقليل المخاطر.
- معرفة بمسارات التصنيع ومعايير العمل والأزمنة القياسية وتحليل وقت الدورة وتخطيط السعة.
- خبرة في دعم المنتجات الجديدة والتطوير ونقل المنتجات وأنشطة الجاهزية التصنيعية.
- معرفة بتصميم الأدوات والتجهيزات وتوازن الخطوط وتخطيط المصانع وممارسات الهندسة الصناعية.
- فهم بنية التقنيات التشغيلية (OT) وأنظمة التصنيع الرقمية.
- معرفة عملية بأنظمة تنفيذ التصنيع (MES) وأنظمة التحكم الإشرافي (SCADA) وأجهزة التحكم المنطقي (PLC) وإنترنت الأشياء الصناعي وحلول اتصال الآلات.
- خبرة في جمع بيانات الإنتاج والتصور والتحليلات وأنظمة مراقبة الأداء.
- فهم مبادئ الأمن السيبراني لأنظمة OT وهندسة الشبكات الصناعية.
- خبرة في دعم مبادرات الصناعة 4.0 والأتمتة والروبوتات والتصنيع الذكي.
- خبرة في دعم مشاريع الإنفاق الرأسمالي (CAPEX) واختيار المعدات وتبريرها وتركيبها وتشغيلها.
- معرفة بإدارة دورة حياة الأصول وممارسات توحيد المعدات.

What You’ll Do
Manufacturing Engineering
- Own the site's manufacturing engineering strategy and standards.
- Lead process design, validation, qualification, and optimization.
- Improve process capability using statistical and quality tools.
- Drive FMEA implementation and risk reduction activities.
- Maintain routings, BOMs, work instructions, and labor standards.
- Develop tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment strategies.
- Lead process and equipment standardization initiatives.
- Support capacity planning, line balancing, and layout optimization.
- Lead root cause analysis and structured problem-solving activities.
- Lead manufacturing readiness for NPI, NPD, and STP projects.
- Ensure production processes, tooling, and controls are established before launch.
- Coordinate process validation and production readiness reviews.
- Support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives.
- Deploy Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma programs.
- Lead Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and improvement projects.
- Drive improvements in OEE, productivity, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Coach teams on operational excellence methodologies.
- Sustain and monitor continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead Industry 4.0, automation, and OT initiatives.
- Implement automation solutions to improve manufacturing performance.
- Support machine connectivity, production analytics, and digitalization.
- Promote MES, SCADA, PLC, and Industrial IoT applications.
- Ensure OT systems comply with cybersecurity requirements.
- Lead manufacturing capital investment projects.
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses.
- Support equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
- Improve equipment reliability, maintainability, and asset performance.
- Partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS teams.
- Lead technical decision-making and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Lead the maintenance function and asset management strategy.
- Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Promote TPM to improve uptime and reduce downtime.
- Support equipment commissioning and asset performance improvements.
- Bachelor in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- MS / MBA is a plus
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or fabrication environments, with demonstrated exposure to Continuous Improvement (Lean / Six Sigma)
- Proven experience in leading improvement initiatives and driving measurable operational results
- Experience working in low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments is preferred
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is an advantage
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required
- Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles, process design, process validation, process capability, and process control methodologies.
- Experience with Process FMEA, Control Plans, Statistical Process Control (SPC), MSA, and risk reduction methodologies.
- Knowledge of manufacturing routings, labor standards, standard times, cycle-time analysis, and capacity planning.
- Experience supporting NPI, NPD, product transfers, and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Knowledge of tooling design, fixture design, line balancing, plant layouts, and industrial engineering practices.
- Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) architecture and digital manufacturing systems.
- Working knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA systems, PLC controls, Industrial IoT, and machine connectivity solutions.
- Experience with production data collection, visualization, analytics, and performance monitoring systems.
- Understanding of OT cybersecurity principles and industrial network architecture.
- Experience supporting Industry 4.0, automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing initiatives.
- Experience supporting capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, equipment selection, justification, installation, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and equipment standardization practices.
