إيتون (Eaton) شركة عالمية رائدة في إدارة الطاقة، تبحث عن Senior Service Sales Specialist - Power Quality للعمل في موقع الشركة بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق مبيعات خدمات جودة القدرة الكهربائية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دفع نمو إيرادات خدمات Power Quality عبر عقود الصيانة، مشاريع التحديث، استبدال البطاريات، الترقيات، مبيعات قطع الغيار، وفرص الاستبدال.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات حسابات للعملاء الرئيسيين في قطاعات: النفط والغاز، مراكز البيانات، الاتصالات، الرعاية الصحية، البنوك، والمرافق.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع صناع القرار، المؤثرين، الاستشاريين، والمستخدمين النهائيين عبر سلسلة قيمة العملاء.
- تحديد ومتابعة فرص الأعمال الجديدة مع تعظيم القيمة من الحسابات الحالية.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق الخدمة والهندسة والعمليات لتقديم حلول تركز على العميل.
- إجراء زيارات منتظمة للعملاء في جميع أنحاء المملكة والحفاظ على حضور قوي في الأسواق الاستراتيجية.
- دعم العملاء بتوصيات الخدمة، استراتيجيات إدارة دورة الحياة، وتخطيط الاستبدال للبنية التحتية الحيوية للطاقة.
- المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف نمو الأعمال الربعية والسنوية عبر منطقة المملكة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة (مثل الإلكترونيات أو الميكاترونكس).
- 5-8 سنوات خبرة في مبيعات UPS، الطاقة الحرجة، جودة القدرة الكهربائية، أو بيئات مبيعات تقنية مشابهة.
- خبرة مثبتة في بيع خدمات متعلقة بـ UPS، عقود الصيانة، الترقيات، حلول البطاريات، مشاريع التحديث، أو حلول جودة القدرة.
- خبرة في العمل مع المستخدمين النهائيين الرئيسيين والحسابات الكبرى داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في المبيعات، تطوير الأعمال، والتفاوض مع سجل مثبت في تحقيق الأهداف.
- نجاح مثبت في إدارة الحسابات الرئيسية وتطوير العلاقات مع صناع القرار في المؤسسات الكبرى بالمملكة.
- فهم قوي لنماذج أعمال مبيعات الخدمات وما بعد البيع.
- إجادة اللغة العربية مطلوبة بشدة.

What You’ll Do
Currently we are seeking Senior Service Sales Specialist - Power Quality, onsite in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving service sales growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities within the Power Quality Services portfolio.

What You’ll Do
Currently we are seeking Senior Service Sales Specialist - Power Quality, onsite in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving service sales growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities within the Power Quality Services portfolio.
- Drive growth of Power Quality Services revenue through maintenance contracts, modernization projects, battery replacements, upgrades, spare parts sales, and replacement opportunities.
- Acquire, develop and execute account strategies for key customers across industries such as Oil & Gas, Data Centers, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Banking, and Utilities.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, consultants, and end users throughout the customer value chain.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maximizing value from existing accounts.
- Collaborate closely with service, engineering, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits across Saudi Arabia and maintain a strong presence in strategic markets.
- Support customers with service recommendations, lifecycle management strategies, and replacement planning for critical power infrastructure.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual business growth objectives across the KSA territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline (e.g., Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering).
- 5-8 years of experience in UPS, critical power, power quality, or related technical sales environments.
- Proven experience selling UPS-related services, maintenance contracts, upgrades, battery solutions, modernization projects, or power quality solutions.
- Experience working with major end users and key accounts within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills with a proven record of achieving targets.
- Demonstrated success managing key accounts and developing relationships with decision-makers within major KSA organizations.
- Strong understanding of service sales and aftermarket business models
- Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
