انضم إلى إيتون، الشركة العالمية الرائدة في حلول إدارة الطاقة، ونحن نبحث عن مهندس إنتاج للعمل في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة أنشطة الإنتاج والتنسيق مع فرق السلامة والهندسة والجودة والصيانة وقادة فرق الإنتاج، مع التركيز على تحسين السلامة والجودة والتسليم والتكلفة من خلال تصميم العمليات الفعالة ومبادئ التصنيع الخالي من الهدر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجميع مكونات ووحدات GEIS في خزانات كاملة من خلال خط إنتاج خالي من الهدر مع أداء متميز يستهدف أفضل جودة وأقصى توفير في التكاليف وأقصر وقت تسليم.
- استخدام إجراءات تخطيط الإنتاج لتحقيق العمليات الأكثر كفاءة والاستخدام الأمثل للموارد.
- تعزيز فريق عمل مدرب ومحفز وخلق بيئة عمل جماعية احترافية باستخدام تقنيات تخطيط الإنتاج.
- توجيه وتنسيق عمليات المصنع لتحقيق جدول الإنتاج.
- تشكيل فريق لضمان تسليم المواد في الوقت المحدد إلى ورشة الإنتاج.
- جدولة وعقد اجتماعات المصنع.
- المسؤولية عن مراقبة جودة المنتج في المصنع.
- تحديث توقعات الإنتاج وتواريخ المعالم الرئيسية للمصنع بانتظام (الإبلاغ عن الأرقام الرئيسية والتوقعات على أساس شهري).
- قيادة تخطيط الإنتاج داخل جميع أقسام الأعمال (المبيعات، إدارة المشاريع، الهندسة، الإنتاج، إدارة سلسلة التوريد، والعمليات الميدانية).
- الاستعلام عن لوجستيات مكونات ووحدات GEIS من المصانع الموردة (بما في ذلك نظام تتبع البضائع).
- إعداد معالجة الطلبات الكاملة (التخطيط طويل وقصير المدى) بما في ذلك اختبار قبول المصنع (FAT).
- دعم التحسين المستمر من خلال تحديد أي مجال للتحسين وتنفيذ خطة تحسين وفقًا لذلك.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة باتباع إرشادات EATON-MESH.
- تنفيذ أي مهمة يتم تكليفها من قبل الإدارة ضرورية للوفاء بمتطلبات الوظيفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو الصناعية.
- درجة الماجستير أو ماجستير إدارة الأعمال تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في بيئة إنتاج / تصنيع / تشغيل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة تامة للغة العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة).
- فهم عميق لمفهوم التصنيع الخالي من الهدر وتقليل أنواع الهدر السبعة (النقل، المخزون، الحركة، الانتظار، الإفراط في الإنتاج، الإفراط في المعالجة، العيوب).
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- قدرات واسعة في تحليل جداول البيانات ومهارات رياضية قوية.
- خبرة في نظام تنفيذ التصنيع (MES).
- معرفة ممتازة ببرامج Microsoft Office.
- خبرة في أنظمة SAP R/3 و SAP BW أو أي نظام ERP آخر (مرغوب فيه).
- تطبيق عملي لمنهجيات وأدوات التصنيع: Kan-Ban، نظام الصندوقين، Poke Yoke، التدفق أحادي القطعة، نظرية القيود (TOC)، الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة (TPM).
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة شفهيًا وكتابيًا والقدرة على التفاعل المهني مع مجموعة متنوعة عبر الأعمال العالمية.
- معرفة قوية بأدوات وعمليات التخطيط.
- مهارات جيدة في التدريب والعروض التقديمية مع خبرة في تدريب طاقم الإنتاج في الفصل الدراسي أو في ورشة العمل.
- مهارات التواصل والعلاقات الشخصية.

Basically, Production Engineer Will Be In Charge Of
- Assembling GEIS components & modules into complete bays through a lean & flow production line with outstanding performance that is targeting the best quality, maximum cost saving and shortest delivery time
- Using the production planning procedures to achieve the most efficient processes and optimal use of resources
- Foster a well-trained and motivated staff and establish a professional team-working environment production planning techniques
- Direct and coordinate plant operations to meet production schedule
- Establish a team to ensure timely delivery of material to shop floor
- Schedule and conduct plant meetings
- Responsible for the product quality control in the plant
- Regularly update the factory production forecast and milestone dates (report key figures and forecasts on monthly bases)
- Take the lead in production planning within all business departments (sales, project management, engineering, production, supply chain management and field operation)
- Inquiry logistics of GEIS components and modules from feeder factories (incl. tracking system of goods)
- Prepare complete order handling (long and short term planning) including FAT (factory acceptance test)
- Support continues improvement by recognizing any area for improvement and implementing an improvement plan accordingly
- Maintain safe working environment by following EATON-MESH guidelines
- Employee shall also carry out any task that is assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- MS / MBA is a plus
- 5-8 years experience in Production/Manufacturing/Fabrication environment
- Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing) is a must
- In depth understanding of lean concept & minimizing all related 7 wastes (transport, inventory, motion, waiting, overproduction, overprocessing & defects)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
- MES (Manufacturing Execution System) expertise
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Systems expertise in SAP R/3 and SAP BW desired or any other ERP system
- Hands on application of manufacturing methodologies and tools - i.e., Kan-Ban, 2 Bin System, Poke Yoke, One piece Flow, TOC (Theory of Constraints), TPM (Total Production Maintenance)
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group across a global business
- Solid knowledge about planning tools and processes
- Good training/presentation skills and experience to train production staff in a class room or shopfloor environement
