شركة Mace تبحث عن مدير BIM (BIM Manager) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية، ضمن أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة، والذي يشمل تطويراً متعدد الاستخدامات يتضمن مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
Mace تجمع بين الخبرة في البناء والاستشارات لإطلاق الإمكانات في كل شخص أو مشروع، وإعادة تعريف حدود الطموح. هذه فرصة للعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في السعودية، وهو مشروع فريد يتكون من تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع جميع البنية التحتية المرتبطة. الوظيفة مخصصة لمواطن سعودي يرغب في العمل بالرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم فرق تسليم المشروع طوال دورة الحياة الكاملة، وضمان دمج عمليات BIM والرقمنة بشكل فعال ومواءمتها مع أسلوب Mace.
- تقييم متطلبات الموارد للمشروع ودعم التوظيف وتطوير القدرات داخل فرق BIM.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط تنفيذ BIM (BEPs) ومتطلبات المعلومات (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR) واستراتيجيات التسليم الرقمي للعميل وفقاً لمعيار ISO 19650.
- إنشاء وصيانة بروتوكولات حوكمة وضمان وأمن قوية لإدارة المعلومات، بما في ذلك الإشراف على إنتاج النماذج وفحصها والتسليم الرقمي.
- قيادة تطوير معايير BIM والأساليب والإجراءات والموارد المشتركة ومكتبات الكائنات بما يتماشى مع الاستراتيجية التنظيمية.
- مراقبة الامتثال للمعايير واللوائح المعمول بها، ودفع التحسين المستمر وتحديد فرص تعزيز التسليم الرقمي.
- الإشراف على المنصات الرقمية (مثل Autodesk Construction Cloud) وتحسين استخدامها، وضمان فعالية التحكم في الوثائق والتنسيق وتبادل المعلومات.
- دعم تخطيط المشروع وتسليمه من خلال المدخلات المستندة إلى النماذج، بما في ذلك تسلسل البناء وتخطيط التكاليف.
- تقديم التدريب ورفع المهارات ومشاركة المعرفة مع فرق العملاء ومديري المشاريع وفرق التصميم لتعزيز القدرات الرقمية.
- الحفاظ على مشاركة قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة، والتأثير بفعالية على كبار أصحاب المصلحة وتعزيز علاقات العمل التعاونية.
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم بالتطورات الصناعية والتقنيات الناشئة، ودمج الابتكارات لتعزيز عمليات ونتائج BIM.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للانتقال إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية، والمشاركة في المسؤولية عن التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة انبعاثات الكربون المرتبطة وتخفيضاتها أثناء تسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو إدارة البناء أو إدارة المشاريع أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- فهم متقدم لمعايير إدارة المعلومات ISO 19650.
- عضوية مهنية أو اعتماد (مثل APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA أو ما يعادلها) يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة على مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارية لإدارة المشاريع، وهو مطلوب للموافقة على الهجرة والعميل.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Support project delivery teams throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring BIM and digital processes are effectively embedded and aligned with the Mace Way.
- Assess project resourcing requirements and support recruitment and capability development within BIM teams.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR), and client digital handover strategies in line with ISO 19650.
- Establish and maintain robust governance, assurance, and security protocols for information management, including oversight of model production, checking, and digital handover.
- Lead the development of BIM standards, methods, procedures, shared resources, and object libraries aligned with organisational strategy.
- Monitor compliance with applicable standards and regulations, driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance digital delivery.
- Oversee and optimise the use of digital platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud), ensuring effective document control, coordination, and information exchange.
- Support project planning and delivery through model-based inputs, including construction sequencing and cost planning.
- Provide training, upskilling, and knowledge sharing to client teams, project managers, and design teams to strengthen digital capability.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, effectively influencing senior stakeholders and fostering collaborative working relationships.
- Stay informed on industry developments and emerging technologies, integrating innovations to enhance BIM processes and outcomes.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and shares responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
- Advance understanding of ISO 19650 information management standards.
- Professional membership or accreditation (e.g., APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, or IEMA or equivalent) is advantageous.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
