نبذة عن الوظيفة

يقوم قائد إمدادات الكتيبة بدور حاسم في إدارة والإشراف على عمليات إمدادات الطيران لدعم OPM SANG، وضمان الشراء والتوزيع والصيانة السلسة للمواد الأساسية المتعلقة بالطيران. هذا المنصب أساسي للحفاظ على الجاهزية التشغيلية المثلى ودعم أهداف مهمة أصول الطيران للكتيبة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على عمليات سلسلة التوريد للمواد المتعلقة بالطيران من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك الشراء والتخزين والتوزيع.
  • التعاون مع أفراد اللوجستيات لتحسين سلسلة التوريد لتحقيق الكفاءة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومحدثة للمخزون من الإمدادات وقطع الغيار والمعدات.
  • إجراء مراجعات دورية لضمان دقة إدارة المخزون ومعالجة أي اختلافات فوراً.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الشراء الخاصة بالطيران لاقتناء الإمدادات وقطع الغيار والمواد اللازمة لأصول الطيران.
  • ضمان الامتثال للوائح الشراء الخاصة بالطيران والقيود الميزانية.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات توزيع مخصصة لإمدادات الطيران لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب وبشكل دقيق للوحدات الجوية داخل الكتيبة.
  • التعاون مع فرق اللوجستيات والنقل الخاصة بالطيران لتحسين جداول التسليم.
  • تنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة الجودة لضمان أن الإمدادات المستلمة تلبي المعايير الصارمة للطيران.
  • مراقبة ومعالجة أي مشكلات تتعلق بجودة إمدادات الطيران.
  • المساعدة في التخطيط الميزاني ومراقبة النفقات الخاصة بإمدادات الطيران.
  • تحديد فرص توفير التكاليف دون المساس بالاحتياجات التشغيلية لأصول الطيران.
  • أداء مهام وواجبات أخرى حسب المطلوب.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة الزمالة أو أعلى مطلوبة بسبب متطلبات التأشيرة.
  • كشرط للتوظيف في المملكة العربية السعودية، يجب على جميع المرشحين إكمال برنامج التحقق من المؤهلات (QVP) التابع لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية بنجاح لضمان الأهلية لمعالجة التأشيرة وتصريح العمل.
  • خبرة سابقة في إدارة سلسلة توريد الطيران أو اللوجستيات ضمن سياق عسكري أو عقود حكومية، مع ما لا يقل عن 3 إلى 4 سنوات في دور مماثل.
  • الإلمام بعمليات ولوائح الشراء العسكرية للطيران.
  • خبرة سابقة في دور قيادي أو إشرافي ضمن وحدة عسكرية.
  • معرفة قوية بإجراءات ولوائح اللوجستيات العسكرية.

The Battalion Supply Lead holds a critical role in managing and overseeing the aviation supply operations in support of OPM SANG, ensuring the seamless procurement, distribution, and maintenance of essential materials specifically related to aviation. This position is instrumental in maintaining optimal operational readiness and supporting the mission objectives of the battalion's aviation assets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes for aviation-related materials, including procurement, storage, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with logistics personnel to optimize the supply chain for efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of supplies, spare parts, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure precise inventory management and promptly address discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with aviation procurement teams to acquire necessary supplies, spare parts, and materials for aviation assets.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation procurement regulations and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies specifically tailored for aviation supplies to ensure timely and accurate delivery to aviation units within the battalion.
  • Collaborate with aviation logistics and transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure received aviation supplies meet stringent aviation standards.
  • Monitor and address any issues related to the quality of aviation supplies.
  • Assist in budget planning and monitoring specifically for aviation supply-related expenses.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the operational needs of aviation assets.
  • Performs other duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher required due to visa requirements.
  • As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization.
  • Previous experience in aviation supply chain management or logistics within a military context or government contracting, with at least 3 to 4 years in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with military aviation procurement processes and regulations.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a military unit.
  • Strong knowledge of military logistics procedures and regulations.
