تعلن شركة القدية بالرياض عن توفر وظيفة Senior Specialist - Cloud Center of Excellence لدعم وإدارة ممارسات الإدارة المالية للسحابة لضمان شفافية الإنفاق والتحكم فيه وتوافقه مع الأهداف المالية للمؤسسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم وصيانة سياسات حوكمة تكاليف السحابة والضوابط المالية وضوابط الاستخدام لضمان استهلاك مسؤول للسحابة عبر الفرق.
- تكوين وإدارة تنبيهات ميزانية السحابة لمراقبة الإنفاق وإخطار أصحاب المصلحة عند اقتراب الاستهلاك من الحدود المحددة.
- نشر وصيانة لوحات معلومات وتقارير تكاليف السحابة لتوفير رؤية حول الإنفاق السحابي واتجاهات الاستهلاك ومحركات التكلفة.
- دعم إعداد ميزانية تكاليف السحابة والتنبؤ بها بناءً على أنماط الاستخدام التاريخية وتوقعات النمو ومبادرات اعتماد السحابة المخطط لها.
- تنفيذ وصيانة آليات توزيع تكاليف السحابة والإظهار الخلفي (showback) لإسناد الإنفاق السحابي إلى الأصول والإدارات والتطبيقات.
- تحليل أنماط استخدام السحابة وتحديد فرص تحسين استهلاك الموارد وتقليل الإنفاق غير الضروري.
- تقديم توصيات لتحسين التكلفة لفرق التطبيقات (FITB/ FITB-A) وفرق عمليات السحابة لتحسين كفاءة استخدام موارد السحابة.
- تقييم والتوصية بخيارات التسعير القائمة على الالتزام مثل خصومات الاستخدام الملتزم (CUDs) بناءً على أنماط عبء العمل.
- دعم شراء وإدارة دورة حياة الخصومات القائمة على الالتزام لتعظيم كفاءة التكلفة والقدرة على التنبؤ المالي.
- العمل مع فرق هندسة المنصة السحابية وعمليات السحابة لفرض ضوابط حوكمة التكلفة وتحسين رؤية التكلفة من خلال الوسوم (tagging).
- صيانة الوثائق والمصنفات المالية المتعلقة بسياسات إدارة تكاليف السحابة والتقارير وممارسات التحسين.
- دعم أنشطة التخطيط المالي السنوي وإعداد الميزانية للإدارات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات الإدارية أو تقنية المعلومات أو الهندسة أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معترف بها ومعتمدة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في نظم المعلومات الإدارية أو تقنية المعلومات أو الهندسة أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معترف بها ومعتمدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل أن تكون الغالبية في العمليات المالية لتقنية المعلومات وإعداد الميزانية وتوزيع التكاليف.

Job Purpose:

The role enables cost visibility, budgeting, forecasting, and optimization by providing reporting, cost allocation mechanisms, and advisory to application teams, platform engineering, and cloud operations teams to improve cost efficiency.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
Master's degree in MIS, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
Years of Experience:
3+ years in a relevant industry, preferably with majority in IT financial operations, budgeting and cost allocation

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain cloud cost governance policies, financial guardrails, and usage controls to ensure responsible cloud consumption across teams
- Configure and manage cloud budget alerts to monitor spending and notify stakeholders when consumption approaches defined thresholds
- Publish and maintain cloud cost dashboards and reports to provide visibility into cloud spend, consumption trends, and cost drivers
- Support cloud cost budgeting and forecasting based on historical usage patterns, growth projections, and planned cloud adoption initiatives
- Implement and maintain cloud cost allocation and showback mechanisms to attribute cloud spending to assets, departments and applications
- Analyze cloud usage patterns and identify opportunities to optimize resource consumption and reduce unnecessary spend
- Provide cost optimization recommendations to application teams (FITB/ FITB-A) and cloud operations team to improve efficiency of cloud resource usage
- Evaluate and recommend commitment-based pricing options such as Committed Use Discounts (CUDs) based on workload usage patterns
- Support the purchase and lifecycle management of commitment-based discounts to maximize cost efficiency and financial predictability
- Work with cloud platform engineering and cloud operations teams to enforce cost governance controls and improve cost visibility through tagging
- Maintain documentation and financial governance artifacts related to cloud cost management policies, reports, and optimization practices
