القدية تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي أول في نظام SuccessFactors Employee Central بالرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فهم جيد لنظام Employee Central ونقاط التكامل مع Employee Central Payroll وS4H.
- خبرة في نظام SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- القدرة على تقديم حلول قابلة للتحقيق للسيناريوهات المعقدة وحلول بديلة للحالات التي ليس لها حل قياسي.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة كتابةً وتحدثاً باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- خبرة جيدة جداً في نظام العمل السعودي وتوطين SAP HCM للمملكة العربية السعودية.
- المساهمة في تصميم وتنفيذ المشاريع المعقدة، وضمان التوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية.
- مهارة في التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات وأصحاب المصلحة، مع القدرة على ترجمة متطلبات الأعمال إلى حلول تقنية وإدارة توقعات العملاء بفعالية.
- خبرة في إدارة مشاريع واسعة النطاق تشمل منتجاً واحداً أو أكثر وبيئات معقدة.
- التعلم الذاتي والتطوير السريع.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وبأقل قدر من الدعم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، نظم المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مشاريع تنفيذ ودعم وتعزيز نظام SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Role Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience
- Good understanding of Employee central and the integration points with Employee Central Payroll and S4H
- Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Ability to provide achievable solutions to complex scenarios and workaround to cases that do not have a standard solution
- Very good Communication, written and verbal skills in both English and Arabic
- Very good experience in Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM Localization for KSA
- Suport in Designing and executing complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions while effectively managing client expectations
- Experienced in handling large-scale projects, involving single or multiple products and complex environments
- Self Learning and fast develping person
- Ability to work under preasure and with minimum support
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, and enhancement projects
