المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة جميع الجوانب التجارية لدورة الطلب إلى النقد (Order to Cash) لوحدة المنتجات الكهربائية في السعودية (جدة)، بالإضافة إلى توسيع الخبرة في مجالات مراقبة الأداء وعمليات المصنع.
- الإدارة التجارية من خلال مراجعة وإدارة الطلبات وفقًا لمبادئ المحاسبة العامة وإرشادات التقارير المالية.
- قيادة فريق إدارة الطلبات والمستودعات لمعالجة وتنفيذ الطلبات من خلال ضمان اكتمال الوثائق المطلوبة، والتعامل مع إصدار التسليم، وإعداد الفواتير مع المرفقات، وتقديم الفواتير للعميل لقبولها، وتحصيل المستحقات.
- إدارة جميع عمليات المصنع / الأنشطة التجارية.
- إدارة أنشطة إقفال الشهر - إعداد استحقاقات/مخصصات التكاليف، وضمان الاعتراف الدقيق بالإيرادات والأرباح.
- التوقعات والتقارير بما في ذلك دعم خطوط الأعمال في عملية التوقعات الشهرية/الربع سنوية المتعلقة بإدخال الطلبات وصافي المبيعات والهامش الإجمالي/الربح الإجمالي ومخصصات/استحقاقات المنتجات.
- إدارة تحصيل النقد من خلال ضمان تحصيل مدفوعات العملاء في الوقت المناسب.
- بناء علاقات عمل مستدامة مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة.
- تحديد وتقييم وتخفيف والإبلاغ عن مخاطر وفرص منتجات الأعمال.
- دعم التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير ويفضل في إدارة الأعمال/المالية.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في العمل في شركة تعتمد على المنتجات في منصب مراقبة أو مالي.
- القدرة على العمل مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين في بيئة دولية متنوعة.
- فهم أساسي للمسائل والمفاهيم القانونية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الأشخاص والقدرة على العمل وظيفيًا بين الأقسام.
- تحليلي ودقيق مع القدرة على العمل بشكل منهجي عبر المواضيع المعقدة.
- مهارات اتصال استثنائية وقدرة على بناء العلاقات.
- مبادرة وتوجه نحو النتائج مع القدرة على تعدد المهام وتحديد أولويات الأنشطة الديناميكية.
- خبرة في SAP و SAP Business Warehouse.
- إتقان MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) مع مهارات متقدمة في Excel.
- متحدث بالعربية ومتقن للغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).

Your Role - International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!
In this role you will be leading the high performance of all the commercial aspects of Order to Cash (O2C) of our Electrical products business unit in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah), as well as expanding experience into performance controlling and factory operations aspects.
- Commercial Management by reviewing and managing orders according to general accounting principles & financial reporting guidelines.
- Leading order management & warehouse team for processing and execution of orders by ensuring completeness of required documentation, handling delivery release, preparation of sales invoices with backups, submission of invoices to customer for acceptance and collection of receivables.
- Managing all the factory operations / commercial activities.
- Managing all month-end close activities - prepare cost accruals/provisions, ensure revenue and profit declarations are accurately recognized.
- Forecast and Reporting including support of business lines in monthly/quarterly forecast process related to Order Intake, Net Sales, Gross Margin/Gross Profit, product business related provisions/accruals.
- Cash collection management by ensuring timely collection of customers’ payments.
- Building up sustainable business relationships with all stakeholders.
- Identify, evaluate, mitigate, and report product business risk & opportunities.
- Support internal & external audits as required.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration/Finance.
- 5- 8 years of experience working in product-based business in a controlling or finance related position.
- Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders in an international environment with diversity.
- Basic understanding of legal matters and concepts.
- Strong people skills and ability to work functionally between departments.
- Analytical and detailed oriented; ability to systematically work through complex topics.
- Exceptional, commendable communication skills and relationship building ability.
- Initiative-taking and results oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize dynamic work activities.
- SAP and SAP Business Warehouse.
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - with advanced Excel skills.
- Arabic speaker / fluent in English (speaking and writing).
