نبذة عن الوظيفة
مشرف الأمن مسؤول عن الإشراف على العمليات الأمنية اليومية في فندق FAENA، وضمان سلامة النزلاء والموظفين وأصول المنتجع. تشمل المهام الإشراف على حراس الأمن، مراقبة الدوريات وأنظمة المراقبة، الاستجابة للحوادث، وتطبيق إجراءات السلامة مع الحفاظ على نهج محترم ومتميز يتوافق مع معايير الضيافة الفاخرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات الأمنية اليومية في مناطق المنتجع المحددة.
- قيادة ومراقبة حراس الأمن أثناء الدوريات والمناوبات والمهام الموكلة.
- ضمان التحكم السليم في جميع نقاط الدخول والمخارج والمناطق المحظورة.
- مراقبة أنظمة كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) وأنظمة الإنذار والمعدات الأمنية لكشف الحوادث والاستجابة لها.
- الاستجابة الفورية للحوادث الأمنية والاضطرابات وحالات الطوارئ.
- الإبلاغ عن الحوادث وتوثيقها بدقة ورفعها إلى مدير الأمن عند الضرورة.
- إجراء تفتيش دوري لمباني المنتجع لتحديد المخاطر الأمنية أو السلامة.
- تطبيق سياسات الأمن وإجراءات التحكم في الوصول ومعايير المنتجع.
- المساعدة في ترتيبات أمن النزلاء من الشخصيات المهمة (VIP) عند الحاجة.
- دعم إجراءات السيطرة على الحشود والسلامة أثناء الفعاليات وفترات الذروة والعمليات الخاصة.
- التنسيق مع أقسام الاستقبال والهندسة والتدبير المنزلي وغيرها لتلبية الاحتياجات الأمنية التشغيلية.
- ضمان التسليم السليم بين المناوبات والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة في السجل اليومي.
- إجراء جلسات التوعية والتوجيه لطاقم الأمن في بداية المناوبات.
- التأكد من التزام جميع أفراد الأمن بالمظهر والتدريب والمعايير المطلوبة.
- المساعدة في حالات الاستجابة للطوارئ، بما في ذلك الإخلاء والتدريبات.
- مراقبة دخول المقاولين والموردين والزوار للتأكد من الامتثال لإجراءات الأمن.
- الحفاظ على السرية والاحترافية في جميع الأمور المتعلقة بالنزلاء والتشغيل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة مطلوبة؛ يفضل دبلوم أو درجة في إدارة الأمن أو علم الجريمة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في العمليات الأمنية، ويفضل في مجال الضيافة أو الفنادق الفاخرة أو المنتجعات الكبيرة.
- خبرة سابقة في دور إشراف أمني تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.
- شهادات أساسية في الإسعافات الأولية أو السلامة من الحرائق أو الاستجابة للطوارئ تعتبر ميزة.
- معرفة بأنظمة CCTV والتحكم في الوصول وإجراءات الأمن.
- الإلمام بلوائح السلامة المحلية ومعايير الامتثال.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغات الإضافية تعتبر ميزة.

- درجة عالية من النزاهة والسرية والاحترافية.
- القدرة على تطبيق السياسات بحزم مع الحفاظ على معايير الخدمة الموجهة للنزلاء.
- عمل جماعي قوي وتنسيق مع إدارات متعددة.
- لياقة بدنية والقدرة على أداء مهام الدوريات عند الحاجة.
- تحمل المجهود البدني: القدرة على التحرك بأمان في التضاريس غير المستوية أو الأماكن الضيقة، البقاء نشطًا أو الجلوس فترات طويلة، رفع أو تحريك أوزان تصل إلى 15 كجم عند الحاجة.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations at FAENA, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and resort assets. The role supervises security officers, monitors patrols and surveillance systems, responds to incidents, and enforces safety procedures while maintaining a discreet, professional approach aligned with ultra-luxury hospitality standards.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations across assigned resort areas.
- Lead and monitor security officers during patrols, shifts, and post assignments.
- Ensure all access points, entrances, and restricted areas are properly controlled.
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and security equipment to detect and respond to incidents.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
- Report and document incidents accurately and escalate issues to the Security Manager when necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of resort premises to identify safety or security risks.
- Enforce resort security policies, procedures, and access control standards.
- Assist in managing VIP guest security arrangements when required.
- Support crowd control and safety measures during events, peak periods, and special operations.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments for operational security needs.
- Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain accurate logbook records.
- Conduct toolbox talks and briefings for security staff at the start of shifts.
- Ensure all security personnel are properly groomed, trained, and following standards.
- Assist in emergency response situations, including evacuations and drills.
- Monitor contractor, vendor, and visitor access to ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest and operational matters.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
- High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality, luxury hotels, or large-scale resorts.
- Prior experience in a supervisory security role is highly preferred.
- Basic certifications in first aid, fire safety, or emergency response are an advantage.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and security procedures.
- Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
