نبذة عن الوظيفة
المساعدة في إدارة وتنمية علاقات العملاء من الجهات الحكومية الإماراتية ضمن قطاع الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية، وتحسين مستويات جودة الخدمة لضمان تحقيق أهداف الفريق ومستهدفاته الإيرادية باستمرار، مع الحفاظ على رضا العملاء وجودة المحفظة الائتمانية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وضمان التنفيذ الفعال لسياسات وإجراءات وضوابط وظائف الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية (CIB) التي تغطي جميع مجالات النشاط المعني، بحيث تتحقق جميع المتطلبات الإجرائية والتشريعية ذات الصلة مع تقديم خدمة فعالة وعالية الجودة.
- المشاركة في التحليل المالي للعملاء وقطاعاتهم/أسواقهم لتحديد الفرص والمخاطر المحتملة.
- العمل مع كبار المدراء التنفيذيين لاستقطاب فرص عمل جديدة مع العملاء المستهدفين عبر المنتجات المصرفية.
- المساهمة في إعداد أوراق الشروط ومذكرات المعلومات والنمذجة المالية وغيرها.
- دراسة وحل جوانب مخاطر الائتمان والسوق والتشغيل الخاصة بالصفقات بالتعاون مع وحدات المنتجات والتمكين.
- المشاركة في تقديم العروض والتفاوض وإبرام الصفقات.
- تحقيق مستهدفات الأداء المالي للفريق.
- تحديد وتطوير فرص البيع المتبادل وزيادة نسبة البيع المتبادل مع العملاء الرئيسيين.
- ضمان إعداد خطط الحسابات والحفاظ عليها لجميع العملاء الرئيسيين.
- ضمان حفظ جميع ملفات/مستندات العملاء.
- ضمان تقديم جميع مراجعات الائتمان في الوقت المحدد واستيفاء الشروط المتفق عليها.
- الالتزام بمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للعمليات، ومتطلبات إدارة المخاطر التشغيلية (ORM)، واستمرارية الأعمال (BCP)، والتدقيق الداخلي.
- مساعدة كبار المدراء في الأنشطة اليومية الإدارية والتنفيذية لإدارة العملاء، بما في ذلك مكالمات العملاء ومتابعة المستندات وتحديث قائمة الصفقات الجارية وأي أنشطة أخرى في الوحدة/الفريق لضمان استمرارية العمل وتقديم مخرجات فعالة وعالية الجودة.
- إدارة ومتابعة متطلبات اعرف عميلك (KYC) والامتثال لضمان الاتساق مع سياسات البنك الخاصة بـ KYC ومكافحة غسل الأموال (AML) والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- اتباع جميع السياسات والعمليات وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية والتعليمات ذات الصلة لضمان تنفيذ العمل بطريقة منضبطة ومنسقة.
- المساعدة في إعداد البيانات والتقارير الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لتلبية متطلبات الوحدة وسياساتها ومعاييرها.
- العمل ضمن إطار وحدود سياسات المجموعة وكذلك الأطر التنظيمية والحوكمة العامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة تتراوح بين 5 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية.
- معرفة بالقطاع المصرفي ومنتجات البنك (FAB) واستراتيجيات الأعمال.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتكيف السريع مع الأولويات المتغيرة.
- يفضل حصول المرشح على درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال.

Job Summary / Introduction
To assist with the management and growth of Investment Banking client relationships for UAE Government entities; improve service quality levels to ensure that the team’s objectives are constantly met and its revenue targets achieved, while maintaining client satisfaction and portfolio credit quality.

To assist with the management and growth of Investment Banking client relationships for UAE Government entities; improve service quality levels to ensure that the team’s objectives are constantly met and its revenue targets achieved, while maintaining client satisfaction and portfolio credit quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure effective implementation of the CIB functional policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
- Participate in the financial analysis conducted on clients and their respective industries/ markets to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Work with respective Managing Directors and Executive Directors to originate new business opportunities with target clients across banking products.
- Contribute to the development of Term Sheets, Information Memorandums financial modelling etc.
- Examine & resolve credit, market and operational risk aspects of the transactions in collaboration with products and enablement units.
- Participate in pitching, negotiation and conclusion of deals.
- Achieve team financial performance targets.
- Identify & develop cross selling opportunities and increase the cross-sell ratio with key clients.
- Ensure Account Plans are prepared and maintained for all key clients.
- Ensure all clients’ files/documents are maintained.
- Ensure all credit reviews are submitted on time and agreed conditions are met.
- Adhere to process KPI’s and, ORM, BCP & Internal Audit requirements.
- Assist the respective MDs and EDs in the day-to-day administrative and transactional activities of client management including client calls, documentation follow up, updating pipeline, and any other activities in the unit/team to ensure continuity of work and the delivery of effective and high-quality outputs.
- Manage and follow up on KYC and compliance requirements in order to ensure consistency with the Bank’s KYC and AML policies and regulatory requirements.
- Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet the unit’s requirements, policies, and standards.
- Functions within the framework and boundaries of Group policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in investment banking experience.
- Knowledge of the banking sector, and FAB’s products and business strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
- Master’s degree in business administration is preferred.
