المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم نمو حلول الحماية من الحرائق من خلال أنشطة المبيعات الفنية.
  • تحديد وتأهيل العملاء المحتملين، والاجتماع بالعملاء والاستشاريين، وعرض منتجات وخدمات الحماية من الحرائق.
  • إعداد العروض التجارية والفنية.
  • التعاون مع فرق الهندسة لتحويل متطلبات العميل إلى حلول متوافقة مع المعايير.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني قبل وبعد البيع، والتأكد من توافق التصاميم مع القوانين والمعايير المعمول بها.
  • الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء، والرد على الاستفسارات، والمشاركة في زيارات ميدانية واجتماعات فنية.
  • دعم تقديم العطاءات والتفاوض على العقود.
  • الحفاظ على توقعات مبيعات دقيقة، وتقديم رؤى السوق، والمساهمة في تحسين عمليات البيع وخدمة العملاء.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في المبيعات الهندسية (Sales Engineering) مع القدرة على فهم وتقديم حلول الحماية من الحرائق للعملاء.
  • مهارات البيع وخدمة العملاء لبناء العلاقات وإدارة توقعات العملاء ودعم الشراكات طويلة الأمد.
  • مهارات الدعم الفني لمساعدة العملاء في اختيار الحلول واستكشاف الأخطاء والتنسيق مع فرق الهندسة.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة لإعداد العروض التقنية والتجارية والعروض التقديمية والتعاون بين الأقسام.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (حريق، ميكانيكا، مدني أو مجال ذي صلة) أو تخصص فني معادل.
  • خبرة في أنظمة الحماية من الحرائق أو هندسة سلامة الحياة أو خدمات المباني داخل منطقة الخليج (يفضل).
  • معرفة بمعايير NFPA و IBC و IFC ومتطلبات سلطة الدفاع المدني في السعودية (ميزة إضافية).
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل، وإدارة مشاريع متعددة، والسفر إلى مواقع العملاء والمشاريع حسب الحاجة.
  • إتقان استخدام MS Office وأدوات CRM الأساسية؛ الإلمام ببرامج تصميم الحماية من الحرائق ميزة إضافية.

Services range from fire protection engineering design and fire & life safety consultancy to code compliance reviews, fire strategy development, risk assessments, and commissioning support. The engineering team works in accordance with NFPA, IBC, IFC, and local authority regulations to ensure reliable and fully compliant solutions. Role Description The Fire Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for supporting the growth of fire protection solutions through technically informed sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, meeting with clients and consultants, presenting fire protection products and services, and preparing technical and commercial proposals. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to translate client requirements into compliant solutions, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and ensuring that designs align with applicable codes and standards. The Fire Sales Engineer will maintain strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries, participate in site visits and technical meetings, and support tender submissions and contract negotiations. The position also includes maintaining accurate sales forecasts, reporting market insights, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and client service.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering skills, including the ability to understand technical fire protection solutions and present them effectively to clients.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage client expectations, and support long-term partnerships.
  • Candidates should possess Technical Support skills to assist clients with solution selection, troubleshooting, and coordination with engineering teams.
  • Candidates should possess Communication skills for clear technical and commercial proposal writing, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering (fire, mechanical, civil, or related field) or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • Experience in fire protection systems, life safety engineering, or building services within the Gulf region is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of NFPA standards, IBC, IFC, and local fire authority requirements in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and travel to client sites and project locations as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; familiarity with fire protection design software is a plus.
