تسعى شركة InnovationTeam إلى تعيين مصمم واجهات مستخدم وتجربة مستخدم ومصمم بصري أول (Senior UI/UX & Visual Designer) للعمل بشكل كامل في الموقع في الرياض، السعودية. يجمع هذا الدور بين خبرة تصميم المنتجات ومهارات التواصل البصري العالية. يجب أن يكون المرشح متحدثًا أصليًا للغة العربية وقادرًا على تصميم تجارب مستخدم سلسة ومواد علامة تجارية متطورة للجمهورين العربي والإنجليزي. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع العملاء وفرق المنتجات والهندسة لضمان تجربة مستخدم سلسة ومتاحة عبر جميع المنصات الرقمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة سير عمل UI/UX بما في ذلك إنشاء الهياكل الشبكية (Wireframing) والنماذج الأولية (Prototyping) وتصميم الواجهات عالية الدقة باستخدام Figma.
- تصميم عروض تقديمية عالية الجودة ووثائق مؤسسية تلبي المعايير المهنية العالمية.
- إنشاء قوالب LinkedIn احترافية وأصول لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتنفيذ تحديثات منتظمة للموقع الإلكتروني لضمان سلامة التصميم والأداء.
- ضمان تحسين التصميم طباعيًا للغة العربية وملاءمته ثقافيًا للسوق السعودي.
- تسهيل التواصل الواضح بين العملاء والفرق الداخلية لترجمة متطلبات العمل إلى مواصفات تصميم فنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إتقان اللغة العربية كلغة أم مع طلاقة مهنية في اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثًا).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تصميم المنتجات الرقمية، مع محفظة أعمال تظهر منطق تجربة المستخدم وجماليات الواجهة وكفاءة التصميم من اليمين إلى اليسار (RTL).
- مهارات متقدمة في Figma و Adobe Creative Suite وبرامج العروض التقديمية الاحترافية (PowerPoint أو Keynote أو Google Slides) وما شابهها.
- فهم قوي لدورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات (SDLC) وخبرة في العمل ضمن دورات Agile (Sprints، Stand-ups، Backlog refinement) واستخلاص متطلبات UI/UX من قصص المستخدمين (User Stories).

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX and Visual Designer to join our team in a onsite, full-time capacity. This role requires a unique blend of product design expertise and high-end visual communication skills. The candidate should be a native Arabic speaker capable of designing seamless user experiences and sophisticated brand collateral for both English and Arabic audiences. You will work closely with clients, product teams, and engineering teams to ensure seamless and accessible user experience across all digital platforms.

- Product Design: Lead UI/UX workflows, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design using Figma
- Visual Communication: Design high-stakes presentations and corporate documents that meet global professional standards
- Brand Assets & Maintenance: Create professional LinkedIn templates and social media assets. Execute regular website updates to ensure design integrity and performance
- Localization & Cultural Context: Ensure all designs are typographically optimized for Arabic and culturally relevant to the KSA market
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate clear communication between clients and on-site teams to translate business requirements into technical design specifications
- Language Mastery: Native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
- UI/UX Expertise: 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio showcasing UX logic, UI aesthetics, and RTL (Right-to-Left) design proficiency
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, professional presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides) and similar software
- Agile Proficiency: Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working within typical Agile cycles (Sprints, Stand-ups, Backlog refinement) and extract UI/UX requirements from user stories
