نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى محلل العمليات المالية مسؤولية فحص العمليات المالية للشركة وتقديم التوصيات اللازمة لزيادة هوامش الربح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المحافظة على بيانات ضريبة العملاء وتصحيحها
- إعداد ومراجعة والتحقق من بيانات العملاء الخاصة بالفواتير الضريبية لضمان الامتثال والدقة
- الإجابة على الاستفسارات وحل المشكلات وتتبع التناقضات المتعلقة بالفواتير الضريبية والإشعارات الدائنة
- إعداد وتنفيذ تقارير التحليل عند الطلب
- تسوية المعاملات من خلال مقارنة وتصحيح بيانات المعاملات المالية
- التحقق من عملية الدفع والمستندات لضمان دقة المبلغ
- المساعدة في التحليل الأولي للبيانات بما في ذلك تطوير المقاييس القياسية وإدارة الاتجاهات
- المساعدة في إعداد جداول التقارير الشهرية
- التعاون مع الإدارات المختلفة لفهم المحركات الرئيسية للانحراف عن الميزانية
- دعم التقارير الإدارية المتعلقة بأداء العمليات بشكل شهري وربعي وسنوي
- تحديد وتنفيذ فرص تحسين العمليات في دورة الإغلاق الشهري
- إعداد ومراجعة وتحليل التكاليف بشكل شهري وتقديمها إلى فرق القيادة المالية والتشغيلية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها (يمكن استبدالها بالخبرة)
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في دور مماثل
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة القيود المحوسبة
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Job Summary:
At HALA, Financial Operations Analyst is responsible for examining the financial operations and recommending actions to increase profit margins.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and correct customer tax data
- Prepare, review and verify customer data for tax invoice and for compliance and correctness
- Answer questions, resolve issues, and track down discrepancies regarding tax invoice and credit note
- Prepare and perform analysis report upon request
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data of financial transactions
- Verify payment and document process to ensure the payment amount is accurate
- Assist with pre-forming analysis of data, including development of standard metric and trend management
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting schedules
- Work with the various departments to understand main drivers of variance from budget
- Support management reporting related to the operations performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Identify, perform and drive process improvement opportunities in the month end close process
- Prepare, consolidate, review and present cost analysis on a monthly basis to finance and operations leadership teams
