وظيفة أخصائي One Identity لدى شركة MIS - المعمار لأنظمة المعلومات في الرياض

Responsibilities

• Administer and support One Identity services.
• Support identity lifecycle, user provisioning, and access management.
• Troubleshoot synchronization, authentication, and identity-related issues.
• Support integrations, changes, upgrades, testing, and deployments.
• Perform incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, business users, and vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.

Requirements

• BSc. degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3+ Yrs. of hands-on experience with One Identity.
• Experience with One Identity Manager and identity lifecycle processes.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory and enterprise authentication.
• Experience with user provisioning and access management.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support upgrades/integrations.
• Good understanding of ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Release processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• English & Arabic required.
• Ability to work onsite in Riyadh or offshore, depending on project requirements.
