وظيفة أخصائي GRC RSA Archer لدى شركة المعلومات المتطورة (MIS) في الرياض

Responsibilities

• Support and develop RSA Archer applications.
• Configure workflows, applications, fields, dashboards, and reports.
• Support GRC, Risk, Compliance, and Control processes.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, and application issues.
• Support changes, upgrades, testing, deployments, and releases.
• Perform incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, business users, and vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.

Requirements

• BSc. degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3+ Yrs of hands-on RSA Archer experience.
• Strong experience in RSA Archer configuration/customization.
• Good understanding of GRC, Risk, Compliance, Controls, and Assessment workflows.
• Experience with integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and platform support.
• Ability to support upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and deployments.
• Good understanding of ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Release processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• English & Arabic required.
• Ability to work onsite in Riyadh or offshore, depending on project requirements.
