Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Business Applications Managed Services operations.
• Provide technical leadership to application support and development teams.
• Manage application incidents, problems, escalations, and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate application changes, releases, deployments, and maintenance.
• Oversee application availability, performance, capacity, and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate integrations across applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise services.
• Review technical designs, enhancements, risks, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Database, Network, Security, IAM, and Integration teams.
• Manage application vendors and technical escalations.
• Lead/support application upgrades, migrations, testing, and production deployments.
• Support disaster recovery, service restoration, and major incident management.
• Maintain technical documentation and lead knowledge-transfer activities.

Requirements

• BSc. degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, BIS, or related field.
• 8+Yrs. of experience in Business Applications Operations and Development.
• Proven experience as a Technical/Application Lead in an enterprise Managed Services environment.
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and production support.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP/CRM, Workflow, ITSM, Content Management, IAM, and Integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, SQL, and application integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis skills.
• Good understanding of ITIL - Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and vendors.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• ITIL or relevant application/platform certifications are an advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh and participate in on-call support when required.
