انضم إلينا لخلق حياة يومية أفضل للعديد من الناس - هذه هي رؤية ايكيا. نقدم ذلك من خلال مجموعة واسعة من الأثاث المنزلي بتصاميم ووظائف جيدة بأسعار منخفضة تمكن الكثيرين من شرائها. الهدف من هذه الوظيفة هو تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة في السوق السويدي والمقهى (Swedish Market & Bistro) من خلال تحضير وتقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات، ومعالجة معاملات العملاء بدقة وكفاءة، والحفاظ على بيئة نظيفة وآمنة ومُرحِّبة تعزز تجربة العميل وتقوي مكانة ايكيا كأفضل متجر للأثاث المنزلي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استقبال العملاء وتقديم خدمة عملاء ودية ومهنية.
  • تسجيل طلبات العملاء بدقة والمساعدة في اختيار القائمة.
  • تحضير وتقديم القهوة والمشروبات المخصصة وغيرها من الأطعمة والمشروبات وفقًا لمعايير ايكيا.
  • معالجة معاملات العملاء بدقة باستخدام طرق الدفع المعتمدة.
  • تنفيذ إجراءات فتح وإغلاق الصندوق وتسوية الدرج النقدي.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات مبيعات دقيقة والإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات نقدية.
  • ضمان أن يكون السوق السويدي والمقهى ومنطقة الكاشير ومحطة المشروبات ومناطق العمل نظيفة ومنظمة ومخزنة بالكامل وجاهزة للعملاء.
  • اتباع معايير طعام ايكيا وجميع لوائح السلامة الغذائية والنظافة والصحة.
  • تشغيل آلات القهوة ومعدات تحضير الطعام وأنظمة نقاط البيع بأمان وكفاءة.
  • الترويج لمنتجات ايكيا الغذائية والعروض الموسمية مع تقديم تجربة ممتازة للعملاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة دبلوم أو مؤهل أعلى.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين.
  • بطاقة صحية سارية المفعول.

Purpose

To provide excellent customer service in the Swedish Market & Bistro by preparing and serving food and beverages, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that enhances the overall customer experience and strengthens IKEA's position as the best home furnishing retailer.


Accountabilities:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.

• Take customer orders accurately and assist with menu selections.

• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and other food and beverage items according to IKEA standards.

• Process customer transactions accurately using approved payment methods.

• Perform cash opening and closing procedures and reconcile the cash drawer. • Maintain accurate sales records and report any cash discrepancies.

• Ensure the Swedish Market & Bistro, cashier area, beverage station, and work areas are clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready for customers.

• Follow IKEA Food standards and all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

• Operate coffee machines, food preparation equipment, and point-of-sale systems safely and efficiently.

• Promote IKEA Food products and seasonal offers while delivering an excellent customer experience.


Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or higher degree

• +2 Years experience

• Valid Health card.
