he Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing professional, efficient, and courteous food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver an excellent dining experience in accordance with hotel service standards.

• Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Present menus and provide accurate information about food and beverage items.
• Take guest orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to established hotel service standards.
• Confirm orders and accommodate reasonable guest requests and dietary requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and daily specials.
• Set up and prepare tables before service and ensure proper table presentation.
• Monitor guests during their dining experience and respond promptly to requests.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently after service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other F&B team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and uniform appearance.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service areas.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Support restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in briefings, training sessions, and other departmental activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Luxury or 4/5-star hotel experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Customer-service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during service.
