شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس تنفيذ / كبير مهندسي تنفيذ في مكة وجدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والعملاء لفهم نطاق المشروع وأهدافه وجداوله الزمنية.
- وضع خطط تنفيذ مفصلة تتضمن الجداول الزمنية ومتطلبات الموارد وتقييم المخاطر.
- تحضير وتهيئة بيئات البرمجيات والأجهزة اللازمة للتنفيذ.
- تثبيت وتهيئة حلول البرمجيات وفقاً لمواصفات العميل ومتطلبات المشروع.
- تخصيص إعدادات ومعايير البرمجيات لتتوافق مع العمليات التجارية واحتياجات العميل.
- دمج البرمجيات مع الأنظمة وقواعد البيانات الحالية، وضمان تدفق البيانات بسلاسة وقابلية التشغيل البيني.
- إجراء اختبارات شاملة للحل المنفذ للتأكد من استيفائه لمتطلبات الوظائف والأداء والأمان.
- تحديد وحل أي مشكلات تقنية أو أخطاء تنشأ خلال مرحلة الاختبار.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق ضمان الجودة للتأكد من أن الحل يعمل بكامل وظائفه وجاهز للنشر.
- تقديم تدريب للعملاء والمستخدمين النهائيين حول كيفية استخدام البرمجية المنفذة بفعالية.
- إنشاء أدلة المستخدم والوثائق والمواد التدريبية لدعم عملية تأهيل العميل واستخدامه.
- تقديم دعم فني مستمر للعملاء أثناء وبعد عملية التنفيذ، ومعالجة أي استفسارات أو مشكلات.
- العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل المطورين وضمان الجودة ومديري المشاريع لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
- التواصل بانتظام مع العملاء لتقديم تحديثات حول تقدم التنفيذ ومعالجة أي مخاوف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- فهم قوي لتطوير البرمجيات والتكامل، بما في ذلك إتقان لغات البرمجة وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) وقواعد البيانات لتنفيذ الحلول واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها بفعالية.
- القدرة على تحليل المشكلات المعقدة وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتطوير حلول فعالة، مع ضمان التنفيذ السلس وتقليل الاضطراب في عمليات العميل.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة للعمل مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات والعملاء، ونقل المعلومات التقنية بوضوح وجمع المتطلبات لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في مجال تنفيذ البرمجيات أو إدارة المشاريع أو الدعم الفني في دور مماثل.
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- شهادة من الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).

- Prepare and configure the necessary software and hardware environments for implementation.
- Install and configure software solutions according to client specifications and project requirements.
- Customize software settings and parameters to align with the client’s business processes and needs.
- Integrate software with existing systems and databases, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Conduct thorough testing of the implemented solution to ensure it meets functional, performance, and security requirements.
- Identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs that arise during the testing phase.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that the solution is fully functional and ready for deployment.
- Provide training to clients and end-users on how to use the implemented software effectively.
- Create user guides, documentation, and training materials to support client onboarding and usage.
- Offer ongoing technical support to clients during and after the implementation process, addressing any questions or issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on implementation progress and address any concerns.
- Strong understanding of software development and integration, includingproficiency in programming languages, APIs, and databases to effectivelyimplement and troubleshoot solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effectivesolutions, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to clientoperations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients,clearly conveying technical information and gathering requirements to ensuresuccessful project delivery.
