شركة سيمنز (Siemens) تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس دعم المخططين والاستشاريين (Planner & Consultant Support Engineer) في منطقة الرياض، ضمن قسم Smart Infrastructure Managed Service، للعمل على تعزيز التعاون مع المخططين والاستشاريين وشركات التصميم ودعم التحول الرقمي في المباني الذكية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد الفرص لتعزيز مشاركة سيمنز المبكرة مع المخططين والاستشاريين وشركات التصميم.
- دعم الأقسام المختلفة في وضع حلول سيمنز المتكاملة وتعظيم أثرها التجاري.
- التعاون عبر الوظائف والإدارات لتقديم الإرشاد الفني والاستشارات للعملاء والاستشاريين والمصممين.
- تطوير وإدارة العلاقات مع المخططين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في المواصفات.
- إدارة وتتبع الفرص باستخدام منصة CRM الخاصة بسيمنز.
- تخطيط وتنظيم وتقديم عروض تقنية وورش عمل ودورات تدريبية للعملاء والاستشاريين والمخططين.
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق وخطوط المشاريع وأنشطة المواصفات لتحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المباني الذكية، ويفضل أن تكون لدى أحد مزودي الأنظمة المتكاملة أو الشركات المصنعة أو الاستشاريين الهندسيين أو مزودي التكنولوجيا.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع الاستشاريين والمصممين والمستخدمين النهائيين (يفضل ذلك).
- خلفية في الهندسة أو المبيعات التقنية أو مرحلة ما قبل البيع أو هندسة التطبيقات أو الاستشارات الحلولية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
- فهم جيد لعمليات البيع، ومنصات CRM، وسير العمل التجاري.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة تقنية عملية مع حلول المباني الذكية تعتبر ميزة قوية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لتقنيات المباني الذكية وعمليات المواصفات ومتطلبات الاستشاريين.
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS)، وأنظمة السلامة من الحرائق، والتحكم في الإضاءة، وأنظمة الأمن، والحلول القائمة على إنترنت الأشياء (IoT).
- القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات موثوقة مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
- مبادرة ذاتية، دافع ذاتي، العمل الجماعي، وملكية قوية ومهارات تنفيذ.
- خبرة العمل ضمن مؤسسات مصفوفية معقدة والتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة بدون سلطة مباشرة.

Your Role - International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
- Identify opportunities to strengthen Siemens' early-stage engagement with planners, consultants, and design firms.
- Support different departments in positioning Siemens' integrated solutions and maximizing their business impact.
- Collaborate across functions and departments to provide technical guidance and consultation to clients, consultants, and designers.
- Develop and manage relationships with planners, consultants, and key specification stakeholders.
- Manage and track opportunities using Siemens' CRM platform.
- Plan, organize, and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clients, consultants, and planners.
- Monitor market trends, project pipelines, and specification activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Smart Buildings industry, preferably within a systems integrator, OEM, engineering consultant, or technology provider.
- Proven experience working with consultants, designers, and end users is highly desirable.
- Background in engineering, technical sales, pre-sales, application engineering, or solution consulting.
- Strong understanding of Smart Building technologies, specification processes, and consultant requirements.
- Good knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), fire safety systems, lighting controls, security systems, and IoT-based solutions.
- Hands-on technical experience with Smart Building solutions will be considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong ownership and execution skills.
- Experience working within complex matrix organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver technical discussions effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Familiarity with sales processes, CRM platforms, and business workflows.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
