About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team in the role of Project Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and project timelines. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate project activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to contribute to impactful projects that enhance infrastructure and promote sustainable development.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or engineering within a consulting or construction environment is preferred. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera are essential. Professional engineering licensure or certification is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution and communication.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in the procurement process by evaluating bids and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
