المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وبناء وتنسيق سير عمل الذكاء الاصطناعي العاملي (agentic AI)، وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي، والحلول القائمة على نماذج LLM، والأنظمة الذكية المستقلة.
- ترجمة أهداف العمل واحتياجات المستخدمين إلى قوائم منتجات منظمة (backlogs)، وقصص مستخدمين، ومتطلبات تقنية، وخرائط طريق تنفيذية.
- تولّي مسؤولية مبادرات البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي بدءاً من التعريف الاستراتيجي وصولاً إلى الهندسة المعمارية والتطوير والتنفيذ والتسليم.
- تصميم مكونات بيانات وذكاء اصطناعي معيارية وقابلة للتطوير وقابلة لإعادة الاستخدام في بيئات مؤسسية معقدة.
- تطبيق ممارسات قوية لإدارة البيانات تشمل الجودة، وإدارة دورة الحياة، والخصوصية، والحوكمة، والأمان، والجاهزية للإنتاج.
- سد الفجوة بين المتطلبات التجارية والتقنية بالتعاون الوثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة ومديري المشاريع والمهندسين ومحترفي البيانات والفرق متعددة الوظائف.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- 5+ سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في علم البيانات، التعلم الآلي، هندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي، أو مجال وثيق الصلة.
- أسس قوية في الإحصاء والرياضيات والتعلم الآلي ومنصات البيانات الحديثة السحابية الأصلية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم أو بناء أو تنسيق أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي العاملة، أو حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي، أو تطبيقات LLM، أو سير العمل الذكي المستقل.
- عقلية قوية لامتلاك المنتج مع القدرة على تحويل متطلبات العمل إلى قوائم منتجات وقصص مستخدمين وأولويات وخرائط طريق قابلة للتنفيذ.
- فهم عميق لجودة البيانات، إدارة دورة حياة البيانات، الخصوصية، الحوكمة، وممارسات إدارة البيانات.
- القدرة على تصميم مكونات بيانات وذكاء اصطناعي معيارية وقابلة للتطوير وإعادة الاستخدام عبر بيئات تقنية مؤسسية معقدة.

- Deep understanding of data quality, data lifecycle management, privacy, governance, and data stewardship practices.
- Ability to architect modular, scalable, reusable Data & AI components across complex enterprise technology environments.
- Strong technical leadership and client-facing advisory skills, including experience leading demonstrations, technical discussions, and stakeholder engagements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to connect technical decisions to business objectives.
