نبذة عن الوظيفة
في هذا الدور، ستصمم وتوسع نطاق أنظمة خلفية عالية الأداء مسؤولة عن معالجة البيانات في الوقت الفعلي وخدمات API حيوية. ستعمل عبر Go و Node.js لبناء بنية تحتية موثوقة وقابلة للتوسع تدعم الاستخدام المتزايد بسرعة. يوفر الدور ملكية هادفة، بدءًا من التحقيق في المشكلات التقنية المعقدة وصولاً إلى تصميم الحلول وتنفيذها واختبارها ونشرها. ستتعاون مع مهندسين موزعين عالميًا وفرق متعددة الوظائف في بيئة غير متزامنة إلى حد كبير. سيساهم عملك مباشرة في أداء وموثوقية وقابلية توسع قدرات كشف الاحتيال التي تستخدمها شركات تقنية كبرى. كما ستتاح لك فرص لتوجيه زملاء الفريق، ومشاركة الممارسات الهندسية، والتأثير في تطور بنية الواجهة الخلفية الأساسية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير وتحسين أنظمة خلفية قابلة للتوسع تدعم معالجة البيانات في الوقت الفعلي وخدمات الويب عالية الأداء.
- بناء وصيانة وتحسين APIs والخدمات المصغرة والبنية التحتية الخلفية مع التركيز القوي على الموثوقية وقابلية التوسع والأداء.
- التطوير بشكل أساسي باستخدام Go و/أو Node.js مع التعاون عبر الخدمات والتقنيات لتقديم حلول خلفية قوية.
- الشراكة مع فرق هندسية متعددة الوظائف لدمج المكونات الخلفية وضمان عمل الأنظمة بكفاءة على نطاق واسع.
- التحقيق في الميزات المعقدة أو الإشكالية من خلال تحليل معمق وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتطوير الفرضيات والتجارب والتقييم القائم على البيانات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تطوير البرمجيات الخلفية مع خبرة مثبتة في بناء أنظمة جاهزة للإنتاج.
- خبرة عملية قوية مع Go و/أو Node.js مع الاستعداد لتعميق الخبرة عبر كلتا التقنيتين.
- خبرة في تصميم وتطوير وصيانة أنظمة خلفية قابلة للتوسع وAPIs وخدمات معالجة البيانات في الوقت الفعلي وهياكل الخدمات المصغرة.
- فهم قوي لـ SQL وخبرة في العمل مع قواعد البيانات أو مخازن البيانات مثل DynamoDB أو Redis أو Elasticsearch.
- معرفة متينة بأساسيات هندسة البرمجيات وأدوات التطوير، بما في ذلك Git وبيئات التطوير المتكاملة وكتابة النصوص البرمجية (shell scripting) وسير عمل CI/CD.

Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems supporting real-time data processing and high-performance web services.
- Build, maintain, and improve APIs, microservices, and backend infrastructure with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Develop primarily with Go and/or Node.js while collaborating across services and technologies to deliver robust backend solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate backend components and ensure systems operate efficiently at scale.
- Investigate complex or problematic features through technical deep dives, root-cause analysis, hypothesis development, experimentation, and data-driven evaluation.
- Conduct performance tuning, debugging, testing, and reliability improvements across backend systems.
- Contribute to a data-driven engineering culture by sharing technical knowledge, best practices, and learnings with colleagues.
- Take ownership of engineering work from initial concept and investigation through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation, with schedules communicated in advance and coverage balanced across the team.
- Mentor junior developers and support the technical and professional growth of teammates.
- Contribute to cross-functional and open-source initiatives where appropriate, working effectively with stakeholders across a globally distributed organization.
- 2+ years of professional backend software development experience, with demonstrated experience building production-grade systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Go and/or Node.js, with a willingness to deepen expertise across both technologies.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, APIs, real-time data-processing services, and microservice architectures.
- Strong understanding of SQL and experience working with databases or data stores such as DynamoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
- Solid knowledge of software engineering fundamentals and development tools, including Git, IDEs, shell scripting, and CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to investigate complex technical problems independently, analyze system behavior, form hypotheses, run experiments, and turn findings into practical improvements.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a globally distributed and asynchronous team.
- Ability to work independently while contributing constructively to team decisions, technical discussions, and shared engineering goals.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is an advantage, though equivalent professional experience is also valued.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation is a plus.
- Additional experience with TypeScript, Express, ClickHouse, dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks is beneficial.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog, as well as modern logging and telemetry practices, is preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern containerization and orchestration technologies is an advantage.
- Experience contributing to large open-source projects or working asynchronously with globally distributed stakeholders is a plus.
- Experience with both Go and Node.js in a backend context, as well as knowledge of Internet security and privacy mechanisms, is highly valued.
