تسعى شركة Wood، الرائدة عالمياً في الاستشارات والهندسة والعمليات في قطاعي الطاقة والمواد، إلى تعيين مهندس مدني أول للمساهمة في تطوير منجم ذهب جديد ومرفق معالجة في موقع نائي بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التقييمات المبدئية للموقع والمسوحات والحشد للمشروع قبل البناء.
- إدارة عمليات الحفريات الشاملة والتنقيح والتسوية الضخمة.
- التحقق من تثبيت التربة وضغطها وتحسينها عند الاقتضاء.
- الإشراف على صب ومعالجة الأساسات الخاصة بمنشآت التعدين.
- الإشراف على تركيب الهياكل الفولاذية والخرسانة المسلحة لمصانع المعالجة، وضمان امتثال المقاول لمواصفات المشروع والتصميم الهندسي، وإصدار تقارير عدم المطابقة للحوادث الإنشائية غير المقبولة.
- الإشراف على أنظمة العزل المائي والعزل الحراري وحماية الأصول من الظروف المناخية القاسية.
- تصميم وتنفيذ شبكات تصريف مياه الأمطار الشاملة وأنظمة تخفيف الفيضانات (يتم إنجاز التصميم بالكامل من المكتب الرئيسي قبل البناء، وقد يشارك المهندس الميداني في مهام تصميم محدودة تكون بشكل رئيسي تعديلاً على التصميم الأصلي).
- إدارة أعمال التشطيب المدني بما في ذلك طرق التعدين الثقيلة والأرصفة الوصول.
- تنسيق أعمال حفر المرافق وخطوط الأنابيب وبناء أحواض الاحتواء.
- تقديم الدعم الهندسي الميداني الفوري وحل المشكلات لتقليل وقت التوقف.
- فرض بروتوكولات السلامة والصحة والبيئة (HSE) الصارمة بالتنسيق مع الجهات التنظيمية المحلية.
- مراجعة الرسومات الهندسية والنماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد لحل أي تعارضات في التصميم الميداني والرد على الاستفسارات الفنية (RFIs).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
- تسجيل إلزامي في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع الإنشاءات الصناعية الثقيلة أو البنية التحتية أو التعدين.
- الإلمام بالكود السعودي للبناء (SBC) والقوانين البيئية المحلية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة عميقة بأعمال الحفر والجيوتقنية والهياكل الفولاذية والخرسانة الإنشائية وممارسات صب الخرسانة في الأجواء الحارة.

Responsibilities
Pre-Construction & Earthworks
- Lead pre-construction site assessments, surveys, and site mobilization.
- Manage massive earthworks, bulk excavations, and grading operations.
- Verify ground stabilization, soil compaction and improvement if applicable.
- Oversee foundation pouring and curing for mining infrastructure.
- Supervise structural steel and reinforced concrete installation for processing plants. Ensure that Contractor is following the project specifications and engineering design. Issue non-conformance reports for unacceptable construction incidents.
- Direct waterproofing, thermal insulation, and asset protection systems against harsh climates.
- Design deploy comprehensive stormwater drainage networks and flood mitigation systems. The design should be all completed by the home office prior to construction. The field engineer may be involved in limited design tasks which are mainly a modification to the original design. Please rephrase this requirement.
- Manage civil finishing works including heavy-haul mining roads and access pavements.
- Coordinate utility trenching, pipelines, and containment pond construction.
- Provide real-time field engineering support and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols alongside local regulatory bodies.
- Review engineering drawings and 3D model to resolve onsite design clashes and respond to technical queries (RFIs).
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Registration: Mandatory registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Experience: 10+ years in heavy industrial construction, infrastructure, or mining projects.
- Regulations: Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local environmental laws.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of earthwork, geotechnical, structural steel, structural concrete, and hot-weather concreting practices.
