شركة Novotel Hotels، إحدى فنادق مجموعة Accor، تبحث عن ناقل طعام (Food Runner) للانضمام إلى فريق الضيافة في الرياض. في هذا الدور، ستكون حلقة الوصل بين المطبخ والضيوف، وتضمن تجربة طعام استثنائية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة جميع تذاكر المطبخ بدقة والتواصل بفعالية مع فريقَي المطبخ والصالة لضمان تدفق الخدمة بسلاسة
- نقل الأطباق من المطبخ إلى طاولات الضيوف برشاقة وسرعة ودقة مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير التقديم
- حمل الصواني وأجهزة رفع الصواني التي يصل وزنها إلى 25 رطلاً بكفاءة أثناء التنقل في منطقة الطعام باحترافية
- تنفيذ مهام العمل الجانبي اليومية مع التركيز على التفاصيل والتنظيم الممتاز
- التعامل الطبيعي والمحترم مع الضيوف مع تقديم خدمة ودية واحترافية في جميع الأوقات
- البقاء هادئاً ومهذباً ومركزاً على احتياجات الضيوف حتى في أوقات الذروة
- الاطلاع على معايير سلامة الأغذية والنظافة لضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح الصحية
- إدارة مهام متعددة وطلبات وأولويات متنوعة في وقت واحد في بيئة عالية الضغط
- التعاون بسلاسة مع أعضاء الفريق لدعم عمليات المطعم وأهداف رضا الضيوف
- التواصل الاستباقي مع أعضاء الفريق لحل أي مشاكل خدمة أو طلبات خاصة للضيوف
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في خدمة المطاعم الراقية أو الفاخة
- القدرة على حمل ورفع ما يصل إلى 25 رطلاً بشكل منتظم أثناء المناوبة
- قدرة بدنية على الوقوف لفترات طويلة والتحرك بسرعة في أرجاء المطعم
- المرونة للعمل في مختلف المناوبات بما في ذلك المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية حسب الحاجة
- مستوى عالٍ من المسؤولية والموثوقية والالتزام بالمواعيد وأخلاقيات العمل القوية
- معرفة بمعايير سلامة الأغذية والنظافة
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة مع عناية فائقة بالتفاصيل

- Carry trays and tray jacks weighing up to 25 pounds efficiently while navigating the dining area with professionalism
- Execute daily side work tasks with meticulous attention to detail and organizational excellence
- Engage naturally and respectfully with guests, providing friendly and professional service at all times
- Remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs, even during peak service periods
- Maintain knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with all health regulations
- Multitask effectively by managing multiple orders and priorities simultaneously in a high-volume environment
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to support overall restaurant operations and guest satisfaction goals
- Communicate proactively with team members to resolve any service issues or special guest requests
- Minimum 2 years of previous fine dining or upscale restaurant service experience required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Physical capability to carry and lift up to 25 pounds regularly throughout shifts
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Point of Sale (POS) system experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Highly responsible, reliable, and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs at all times
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move quickly throughout the restaurant
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
