المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالضيوف وتوجيههم إلى طاولاتهم بحفاوة واهتمام حقيقيين ليشعروا بالتقدير منذ لحظة وصولهم.
- تجهيز الطاولات والحفاظ عليها وفق المعايير المتبعة من خلال ترتيب المفارش والأواني الفخارية والزجاجية وأدوات المائدة.
- تقديم قوائم الطعام للضيوف وتزويدهم بمعلومات شاملة عن الأطباق والمشروبات والعروض الخاصة والتوصيات.
- تسجيل طلبات الطعام والشراب بدقة مع مراعاة تفضيلات الضيوف واحتياجاتهم الغذائية.
- تقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات بطريقة مهنية وفعالة مع الالتزام بمعايير الأداء المعتمدة في الفندق أو المنشأة.
- ضمان التزام أعلى معايير النظافة والسلامة الغذائية من خلال صيانة المعدات واتباع إجراءات السلامة المقررة.
- تنفيذ إجراءات فتح وإغلاق القسم المعين بما في ذلك التجهيز والترتيب والتحقق من النظافة.
- المساعدة في إجراء الجرد الشهري لمعدات التشغيل والمستلزمات لضمان كفاءة العمليات.
- التعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف وشكاواهم بتعاطف ومهارات حل المشكلات لضمان رضاهم التام.
- التنسيق مع طاقم المطبخ والبار لضمان تقديم الخدمة بسلاسة وتسليم الطلبات في الوقت المناسب.
- الحفاظ على الهدوء والمرونة خلال فترات الذروة مع إدارة عدة طاولات في وقت واحد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عمل مثبتة كنادل/نادلة في منشأة طعام مهنية.
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين وحل المشكلات مع تركيز على خدمة العملاء.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ يفضل إجادة لغات إضافية.
- إجادة استخدام نظام MICROS POS أو أنظمة نقاط البيع المماثلة.

- Greet and welcome guests to their tables with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Prepare and maintain tables according to established standards by setting up linens, silverware, glassware, and place settings
- Present menus to guests and provide detailed, knowledgeable information about food and beverage offerings, specials, and recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while demonstrating attentiveness to guest preferences and dietary requirements
