المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كخبير تقني وظيفي رئيسي في حلول IBM Maximo لإدارة الأصول المؤسسية (EAM).
- تكوين وتخصيص وتحسين تطبيقات Maximo لتتوافق مع متطلبات الأعمال والأهداف التشغيلية.
- دعم الترقية والانتقال إلى Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8، وضمان تنفيذ سلس واستقرار أداء النظام.

الشروط والمتطلبات

- خبرة قوية مع IBM Maximo 7.x و/أو خبرة عملية في تكوين ودعم تطبيقات MAS 8.
- معرفة عملية بـ Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
- خبرة في Java وتطوير/كتابة تقارير BIRT.
- أكثر من 5 سنوات خبرة في إدارة الأصول المؤسسية، ويفضل أن تشمل مشاريع ترقية Maximo وتصميم متطلبات وحلول تطبيقات الأعمال.
- فهم قوي لتحليل متطلبات الأعمال، وتصميم التطبيقات، والتكوين، والتنفيذ التقني الوظيفي.

You will serve as a technical-functional subject matter expert, helping configure, enhance, and optimize enterprise Maximo solutions. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution leadership. Accountabilities
- Act as a senior technical-functional subject matter expert for IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management solutions.
- Configure, customize, and enhance Maximo applications to align with business requirements and operational objectives.
- Support the upgrade and transition toward Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8, helping ensure a smooth implementation and stable system performance.
- Analyze technical and functional issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions throughout the upgrade and implementation process.
- Provide expert technical-functional guidance and support across Maximo applications and related business processes.
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and recommend best-practice approaches for Maximo Asset Management.
- Translate business requirements into application designs, configurations, and technical solutions.
- Work with the Maximo Integration Framework, Java, BIRT reporting, and related technologies to deliver robust solutions.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation covering system changes, configurations, and implementations.
- Help coordinate technical activities, manage priorities, and ensure project milestones and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other project contributors in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a technical-functional resource with IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management software.
- Strong experience with IBM Maximo 7.x and/or practical exposure to MAS 8 application configuration and support.
- Hands-on knowledge of the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
- Experience with Java and BIRT report development/writing.
- More than 5 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management, ideally including Maximo upgrade projects and business application requirements and solution design.
- Strong understanding of business requirements analysis, application design, configuration, and technical-functional implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience with MAS 8 and Oracle PL/SQL is highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud service providers such as IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure is an advantage.
- Strong preference for candidates with Oracle Database experience.
- Maximo Deployment Professional certification is an advantage.
