Your Job

Job Requirements :

• Develop and lead the overall transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with the program's strategic objectives.
• Drive and manage the execution of transformation programs, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, drive operational efficiencies, and enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management, promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Skills:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in large-scale Oracle Cloud financial transformation initiatives.
• Minimum 3+ Cloud Implementation projects in a program manager role in financial domain with overall 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations.
• Candidate must well versed and hands on experience in design and implementation of Oracle Financials modules, must have overall understanding of Oracle financial modules
• landscape and peripheral application integrations related to banking industry.
• Candidate must have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on effective decision-making. Well versed with onshore and offshore delivery model.

Qualifications: MBA / B.Tech / Any Graduation
