تعلن مستشفيات الدكتور سليمان الحبيب (Dr Sulaiman AlHabib Medical Centers) في السعودية عن توفر وظيفة فني أشعة سينية (X-Ray Technologist).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
إجراء فحوصات التصوير بمستوى عالٍ، دون الحاجة إلى إشراف مباشر دائمًا، بالتنسيق الوثيق مع أطباء الأشعة أو الأطباء الآخرين وفقًا لقواعد مكان العمل. يسعى باستمرار لتحديث معرفته بما يتوافق مع أفضل الممارسات المهنية. يستخدم الحكم المهني المستقل والمبادرة للحصول على فحوصات تصوير طبية تشخيصية جيدة بأقل تعرض للإشعاع. يتصرف بمسؤولية واحترافية من خلال الامتثال للقواعد والسياسات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- معاملة المرضى بلباقة والعمل بتناغم مع الزملاء والمرضى وموظفي المستشفى الآخرين.
- وضع المرضى بشكل مناسب لكل فحص تصوير.
- اختيار عوامل التعرض الإشعاعي المناسبة واستخدام الميزات الخاصة لأجهزة التصوير حسب الحاجة لكل حالة. سيتم توفير التدريب على الأجهزة عند الضرورة.
- المساعدة، بعد التدريب المناسب وتحت الإشراف، في الحقن الوريدي للتباين الإشعاعي عند الحاجة.
- تفعيل رمز الطوارئ المحلي فوراً عند الحاجة. ضمان السلامة الجسدية لجميع المرضى، مثل عدم ترك المرضى دون مراقبة في مناطق الإشعاع الخاضعة للرقابة.
- الالتزام بإرشادات الحماية من الإشعاع وفق أفضل الممارسات وضمان الامتثال لجميع الإرشادات ذات الصلة.
- إنتاج صور تشخيصية عالية الجودة تُعرض بشكل مناسب لتفسير أطباء الأشعة.
- البقاء في مناطق العمل وأن يكون متاحاً بسهولة في جميع الأوقات خلال فترات المناوبة المقررة.
- المسؤولية عن نظافة وتعقيم أجهزة التصوير المستخدمة والمناطق المحيطة بها.
- المرونة في العمل من وقت لآخر لتلبية متطلبات تقديم الرعاية الصحية في المستشفى.
- توفير التثقيف للمريض وعائلته حسب الحاجة.
- المشاركة في مبادرات الرعاية التي تركز على الشخص التي تقوم بها مجموعة مستشفيات الحبيب.
- إثراء تجربة المريض بالتعاطف والاحترام والكرامة.
- أداء مهام أخرى متنوعة ذات صلة بقسم الأشعة وحسب ما يطلبه رئيس قسم الأشعة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المؤهل التعليمي: درجة البكالوريوس.
- المجال المهني: تكنولوجيا الأشعة (Radiologic Technology).
- الخبرة: سنتان (2) على الأقل في بيئة مستشفى، مع خبرة في الأشعة السينية (X-Ray) أمر إلزامي.
- الشهادات والتراخيص المهنية: شهادات ذات صلة، ورخصة سارية من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (Saudi Council).

Uses independent professional judgment and initiative to obtain good diagnostic quality medical imaging examinations, always within minimal acceptable radiation exposures. Acts responsibly and professionally by complying with the rules and policies.

Uses independent professional judgment and initiative to obtain good diagnostic quality medical imaging examinations, always within minimal acceptable radiation exposures. Acts responsibly and professionally by complying with the rules and policies.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Treat patients courteously and to work harmoniously with colleagues, patients and other hospital staff.
- Position patients appropriately for each and every imaging examination.
- Select appropriate radiation exposure factors and utilize any special features of the imaging modalities as deemed necessary for each individual case. Where necessary, equipment training will be provided.
- Assist, with suitable training and under supervision, in intravenous injection of radiographic contrast when required.
- Promptly activate local emergency code when required. Always ensure physical safety of all patients; such as never leaving patients unattended in controlled radiation areas.
- Adhere to best practice radiation protection guidance and ensure that all relevant radiation protection guidelines are complied with.
- Produce high quality diagnostic images, appropriately presented for interpretation by Radiologists.
- Must remain in work areas and be easily accessible at all times during scheduled duty periods.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the imaging equipment being utilized for work purposes, as well as surrounding areas.
- Work flexibility will be required of the candidate, from time to time, to meet the exigencies of hospital healthcare delivery.
- Provide patient and family education as per the needs.
- Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
- Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
- Perform other miscellaneous related duties that are applicable to Radiology Department and as requested by the Head of Radiology.
Education/ Professional Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional : Radiologic Technology
- At least Two (2) years of experience in a Hospital Setup. Experience in X-Ray is a must.
- Certification: Relevant certificates
- Licensing: Valid Saudi Council license
