Job Purpose

Responsible for supervising and controlling daily production activities in truck body and trailer manufacturing, ensuring efficient workflow, product quality, productivity, and timely completion of production targets.

The Production Foreman will lead production technicians, coordinate with engineers and supporting departments, and ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, including fabrication, assembly, welding, installation, and finishing processes.
• Allocate manpower and assign tasks according to production plans and priorities.
• Monitor production progress and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Read and understand production drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing requirements.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Production Engineers, Welding Foreman, Quality Control, Stores, and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Monitor workmanship quality and help reduce defects, rework, and material wastage.
• Train, guide, and support production workers to improve skills, efficiency, and work quality.
