المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد القوائم المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية وفقاً للجداول الزمنية للمجموعة.
- مراجعة واعتماد قيود اليومية للعمليات بين الشركات التابعة وعقود الإيجار والمخصصات وغيرها من معاملات دفتر الأستاذ العام.
- تطبيق معايير IFRS وإعداد تقييمات الأثر.
- التعاون مع المدققين لضمان الامتثال لجميع متطلبات الإفصاح والتدقيق.
- دعم مدير التقارير المالية في إعداد أدلة التقارير الداخلية والمذكرات المحاسبية الفنية.
- قيادة عملية ضمان دقة البيانات المالية المستخرجة من نظام ERP.
- مراجعة حزم التوحيد الربع سنوية من الشركات التابعة للتأكد من اكتمالها ودقتها.
- جمع وتحديث البيانات الثابتة لجميع عقود إيجار الممتلكات.
- إدارة وظائف المحاسبة والمالية بالكامل للجهات المعينة.
- إعداد ودعم جميع حزم التقارير اللازمة بالتنسيق مع مدير تقارير المجموعة والمدير المالي للمجموعة.
- تدوير مستند القوائم المالية الربع سنوية.
- إعداد الإيضاحات ذات الصلة بالقوائم المالية الربع سنوية حسب توجيهات مدير التقارير المالية.
- مراقبة وإكمال طلبات البيانات من المدققين الخارجيين في الوقت المناسب.
- مراجعة وشرح جميع الفروقات في حسابات الخسائر الائتمانية المتوقعة (ECL) في جميع الشركات التابعة والأرقام المبلغ عنها.
- المساعدة في تحديث السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية الحالية وإنشاء سياسات جديدة.
- إعداد المذكرات الفنية ذات الصلة لمجالات المحاسبة المالية للجهات المعينة.
- أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليفها ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لمعايير IFRS والمحاسبة الفنية (technical accounting).
- قدرة تحليلية عالية مع اهتمام شديد بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الصارمة وإدارة الأولويات المتعددة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التقارير المالية أو مكتب تدقيق أو خبرة ميدانية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابةً.
- شهادات مهنية: SOCPA، ACCA، CPA، ACA.

Job Purpose:

Plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, analyzing variances, and assisting with external audits to uphold the highest standards of financial reporting of assigned entities.

Plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, analyzing variances, and assisting with external audits to uphold the highest standards of financial reporting of assigned entities.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per the group timelines.
- Review and approve journal entries for intercompany transactions, leases, provisions, and other GL transactions.
- Implement IFRS standards and prepare impact assessments.
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with all disclosure and audit requirements.
- Support the Financial Reporting Director in developing internal reporting manuals and technical accounting memos.
- Lead the process of ensuring the accuracy of system-generated financial data from ERP.
- Review quarterly consolidation packages from subsidiaries for completeness and accuracy.
- Collect and update standing data for all property leases.
- Manage full accounting and finance function of the assigned entities.
- Prepare and support all necessary reporting packages in coordination with the Group Reporting Director and the GCFO.
- Roll forward Quarterly Financial Statements Document.
- Prepare relevant Notes for Quarterly Financial Statements as instructed by the Financial Reporting Director.
- Monitor and complete data requests from External Auditors in a timely manner.
- Review and explain all variances for ECL computations in all subsidiaries and reporting figures.
- Assist in the update of existing and creation of new Accounting Policies and Procedures.
- Prepare relevant technical memos for financial accounting areas for the assigned entities.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
Skills And Abilities
- Strong understanding of IFRS and technical accounting.
- High analytical capability with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- 5+ years in Financial Reporting, Audit Firm, or field experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
- SOCPA, ACCA, CPA, ACA
